The service here is absolutely super. I stayed here for a Home Design Exhibition which was a short walk to the NEC. The rooms are comfortable , breakfast is good and the staff are very friendly .

Great service. Very helpful reception lady and we got Checked-In at 09:30...perfect. Plus a free lovely breakfast , definitely come back. Best orange juice I've ever tasted in a hotel .

Tricky to walk here from the NEC, despite being on-site and close. Persuade the management to make it easier!

If you want tea or coffee make sure you have change as it only accepts £1 coins. Also it only fills half the cup so £2 for half a cuppa is a right rip off

The Little Owl is fine, but there's a Toby Carvery 5 mins drive away at Stonebridge Island if you don't fancy it.

If you want 24 hour Internet then get it on your mobile as its £7 rather than £12 which they charge to your room.

If your key card doesnt seem to work try and put it in the wrong way round with the arrow towards you !

Great hotel for the money staff great

Not a hotel , chrap place to sleep, The rooms are a good size but while I ordered a double room I actually got a room with one bed and the most uncomfortable sofa bed ever. The staff are superb though.

Terrible service at check in and at the bar , staff couldn't be bothered and attitude was terrible!

went to little owl to check if it's really so bad. unfortunately it is. no other place to eat within 20 min drive ... :(
