I just love this place, great place for meeting people, drinks are the cheapest in Manchester and when the sun shines you couldn’t be in a better place

A shame there are no hand pumps, but the beer at this Sam Smith’s pub is unbelievably cheap & the building has plenty of historic features. The outside seating is also very pleasant in good weather.

Great location, you can drink some pints in one of the oldest pubs in Manchester . When there is nice temperature the outdoors is great!

One of my favourite pubs in Manchester city centre. Some great beers (try any of the stouts ) and nice atmosphere. Very affordable as well

It's really cheap

£1.40 for a pint of dark mild. Makes me want to swear in French.

Good for away games if you like relatively cheap beer in a good location and banter with Man City fans.
