Falafel is delicious. I'd skip the couscous . Mine inexplicably had peas , carrots & corn mixed in (like the kind that comes in a bag in the frozen food aisle). You can try the sauce before you commit.

Get the Basmati Royal - $10 but has grilled chicken , merguez , kofta , grilled beef , grilled veggies and greens over basmati rice with coice of sauces. Very tasty!

Try the Chicken Cigar - Pastilla sheets (filo dough ) stuffed with chicken , almonds , cinnamon and rose water served with a bed of greens.

pretty tasty food truck fare. clean flavors. get a fair amount of sauce as the couscous can be a little dry.

Couscous is pretty good. Lighter meal than the traditional meat over rice platters.
