Courtyard by Marriott Waikiki Beach

All these complaints, but here is the low-down: two pools (one heated) a very cute waterfall + hot tub . Room price is VERY FAIR for Waikiki ($130-150). Plus Spada Breakfast ($5 up charge) is WORTH IT!

Very friendly staff . At check-in was told I was being upgraded, but room was still being cleaned and would be worth the wait. It sure was - penthouse! It pays to be a Rewards member for sure.

Avg hotel but you get what you pay for. Rates were much lower than other Waikiki hotels so a good value . Shower is tiny! Rooms are decent sized. We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite. Pook is great.

Phenomenal hotel . Service is great. They really take care of their guests. Don't be afraid to ask for help desk staff and concierge are both awesome!

Nice place, gave me a free room upgrade and the price was great for the location and being on a Friday. Parking was kinda pricey tho

If you have a late flight, ask if you can use their hospitality room to freshen up before you head out to the airport ! They were so kind- let me have a shower after a long day... great courtesy!

Solid hotel - expect what you pay for. Hotel is outdated - rooms are redone and clean . Pool next to the parking lot is not a real treat. If you only look for a central place to sleep a good option.

Splash away in the heated saltwater mini-pool tucked away by the elevator to the rear building. Better yet, visit Spa Pure in the main lobby and ask for an 'Ocean Massage ' in that pool!

Stayed here for one night, located in a busy area.. Valet is 37$ a night, they are doing renos so only regular pool is open (8am-10pm). Small rooms.. Nice staff .

The smallest room ever (199 sq ft per the concierge )! Be sure to stay in a 1 bedroom suite. It is a bit bigger and more comfortable . The bed is extremely comfortable .

Valet parking is steep, $35 a day pulse the tip each time you use the car. That is the only knock I have on this Marriott,

Conveniently close to Waikiki Beach etc. Dated room but really comfortable bed . I used a towel to block the very large gap under the door. Really noisy room, garbage trucks at 6am each morning.

It is a great location, with a few amenities to make a perfect short stay at Waikiki ????

Valet is 32 a night but there is free street parking on Ala Wai blvd (no meter but street sweeping on Monday and Friday mornings).

$32 a day valet parking is a bit steep, and we got a room that smelled like an ashtray. Only plus was friendly staff and nice little pool.

Good location and good price on Expedia. $32 Valet parking is a bit expensive but only $11 shuttle to airport .

Hotel is nice.. probably not the best when comparing it to other Marriott hotels but the staff is very nice and the place is spotless. Bathrooms are very small, rooms are adequate - lots of noise.

Marriott platinum elites often will be upgraded to a suite or larger.

Room and Bathroom are truly small, pool water is very warm. Close to all the shopping.

Our air conditioners had problems. First, if the sliding glass door isn't completely sealed, they stop working. Second, they were on a timer to go off in the middle of the night.

Stop at the concierge/activity desk and get discount coupons for IHOP restaurant across the street!

Tried out the bar tonight, great drinks and good prices!

Pool closes at ten but best sun hours are until about early afternoon. After then the hotel starts to hide the sunlight.

Great desk staff . Get a room on the backside. Very quiet & relaxing.

Inexpensive , great location. Valet parking is so expensive ! But they don’t charge a resort fee.

Wired Internet is less than 1 Mbps - harumph... High Speed should mean more than that. Wireless is actual a little faster.

Staffing service is good. Smallest rooms and bathrooms I have ever seen in a courtyard . If your expecting a continental breakfast with your stay, you are better off to go somewhere else cheaper.

Walk around your car before you accept it from valet. They dented mine.

Quite possibly the smallest bathroom I've seen in a Courtyard . It's almost funny.

Terrible small/tiny rooms. $33/night for parking .

This place is really loud from traffic ...doors are not sealed so bugs and sounds come right in room.

Most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on.

They literally lose your packages 80% of the time

Location is great.....housekeeping not so much.

The rooms do not accomodate 3 adults. The sofabed really sucks. The manager was no help!
