Peculiar spot in the middle of London if you're looking for a true British pub experience. An oasis of cask ale serenity in the hustle and bustle around you. Definitely worth a stop on your pub crawl

Shane B

There is only one pub in the West End, The Harp! Excellent pub serving a great and ever changing selection of fine ales and more. Never visit the area without enjoying a slice of local history.

Sam M

CAMRA-tastic though don't let that put you off, they pick beers with bold flavour profiles, some are even over 6% ;) Often crowded , with good reason - it's a lovely traditional pub and quite unique.

Foxxy B

They take card. Gets insanely crowded , particularly along the narrow bar “strip” up front. Classic London pub feel, with folks spilling into the street & random bouts of song. TOP cask ales .

Evo

One of the most authentic pubs in downtown London.

Rodrigo Nincao

If you like craft beer , The Harp will be a great spot. Reasonable prices, nice beer selection and cask beer handled properly. Usually you get Dark Star and Kern on he taps.

Prav E

Chill at the back of the pub . Its very decorative and one of the narrowest streets you can find in london just like in venice!

Kartik S

You will return. I do everytime I'm back in London. And I bring all London visitors here as well . Great beers . Has won some camra awards

Jernej

Cozy pub with nice selection of beer and friendly staff . Must visit if in the area.

Zach Stockwell

Perfect old-fashioned pub serving craft brews from within the M25 at beautifully affordable prices . A gem so close to Trafalgar Square.

Nick Summerson

Very busy pub but worth the trip out. Upstairs seating and is a lot quieter . Proper little boozer. Good selection of ales .

Alastair Hilton

Wonderful pub . Very small with a lovely little room upstairs . Normally very busy. A proper beer drinkers pub

Jenna Anderson

Great draft Guinness . A small cute pub in the heart of the West End. Many pub walks included The Harp when we lived in London.

Matt Ta-Min

Cannot beat this pub for real ale right in the centre of London. Forget your O'Neills or any of that other chain pub rubbish and come in for a decent pint here.

Carl Griffin

National pub of the year a couple of years ago. Great real ale .

Cigdem Cakci Robert

Might be the best pub in London. Cool atmosphere, and selective ales . Plus, the portraits with the cats make you feel calmer.

Michal R

When you hit this place when it's not crowded , vibe here is fantastic just as the selection of ales is.

Ahtziri González

Great place! It's fancier than a regular pub , but it still has the spirit! If you want privacy or are in a big group, try the room upstairs .

Cappy Popp

Great beer selection from around the UK. Not just the same tourist swill you get at other 'pubs ' in the area. Don't miss it.

Chris Wheal

This is the second time they have no mild on. They always had one mild on before the Fullers takeover. The recommended alternative is very nice though

Iestyn Williams

Always fantastic beers on tap . A great place to spend an afternoon.

James Gooch

Intimate with great selection of beer and friendly staff . You’ll have to be quick to get a table!

Chris Haynes

Beer obviously rotates but at the moment the Battersea Rye is rather good. Cider also good, if you don't have to get up the next day.

Daniel McDonough

Fantastic pub . Great cask ales . Def worth a visit.

Hendy Ongkodjojo

Fantastic pub in the heart of London! They have 3 resident ales and for all the others, they rotate them on a daily basis!!

Paul Anderson-Foster

Fab pub . Many fine beers . Many customers but many efficient staff too

Ryan

Love how they make sure you're comfortable paying £5.80 for a pint of Kernel. It's feels like they're really looking after their punters, honest place, great beer .

Simon Harvey

Hard to beat. Beer is exceptional. Surprise your guests by bringing them in via the anonymous back door, which you reach through a tiny alley.

Dave Moffat

Fantastic ale and cider pub . Lots of beers constantly changing. A London institution.

Dushyant Balasubramani

The Harp is the place where you earn your respect as a beer aficionado. A wide selection of cask ales to tickle your tastes

Kate Arkless Gray

Excellent beer selection , super little pub .

Audrey Tolbert

Love this place. Super cozy and really friendly bartenders . Great selection of ales .

Keith Greywood

Great real ale pub , gets very busy after work. Beware - Alley at the rear gets used as a toilet ...

Neal Joseph

All the cask beers . Fabulous downstairs bar and interesting, more intimate , quieter upstairs area .

Pink 386

Nice pub with good selection of beer , can get very busy inside but there is a courtyard out the back of pub if crowded .

Chris Wheal

Outside you must stand inside the taped line . Security police this. Alternatively you can stand across the road .

Ronnie Beveridge

Fantastic selection of quality cask conditioned ale .

Jay Thorogood-Cooper

This is the best real ale pub in London. If that wasn't good enough, the cuisine (sausages ) are delish. The bonus is upstairs , a quiet lounge from which to sit in & watch London go about its business Read more

Vikash

Large selection of ales on tap . Proper London pub that also serves a good pint of Guinness

Giulia Arletti

Good selection of ciders , very friendly staff that allowed me to taste all of them to decide what to drink!

Cyndie Da Rocha

One of the best pubs in Covent Garden.

Kopernikus

Great selection of beer , great environment and reasonable prices considering the location

Liam Proven

A real gem in the middle of the West End - a small real pub , unpretentious & genuine, with a stellar beer & cider selection . I'll be back! Read more

Ian

Great little pub , first class range of 10 real ales and the best value sausage sandwiches in London.

LondonByLauren

Great atmosphere with a good range of beers ... You'll be lucky to find a seat after work though!

Chris R (thechristophe)

This place is tiny and rammed, so many beers to choose from you'll be sipping for days.

Buzzing atmosphere and a great selection of ales !
