One of the best spots for chiccaron—a few reasons: 1) you can pick your own, 2) they're cooked onsite every hour-and-a-half (freshest in the left container), 3) they're delicious (and only $8.99/lb).
If you're a chiccaron fan, they make them onsite (and delicious!) every hour-and-a-half and can be requested for any dish/plate. Yum!
Tasty tasty tacos.. get the chorizo and carnitas . Three tacos makes a meal.
