Great nightly dinner specials . Happy hour 4-7 mon-fri and again 9:30-close tue-thur. Sundays 2-4-1 drinks 9-close. One of the best roomy outdoor patios in DC.

The live music continues upstairs, but for the most part this is just a nice neighborhood style and mildly divey pub , and a block off Eastern Market . Once the regular home to Roberta Flack.

My favorite is the fried chicken special on Friday nights! Love the atmosphere here, everyone is always so jovial.

I thought this was a breakfast place but when I started looking around I noticed it's definitely a gay bar . A gay bar where you could eat breakfast there for years and have no idea it was a gay bar .

Cheese burger and a side salad were very reasonably priced and the service was very good.

Really good restaurant/bar with a lot of character. Their drinks are nice and stout - so does anything else really matter?

Tuesday night is Family night upstairs. Kids eat free and the wait staff , Bruce and Wayne , are top notch and very patient. Can get a little crazy with kids running around, but that is a good thing!

2-4-1 reverse happy hour on Sundays starting at 9pm to midnight. Plus great American pub food . Kitchen closes at 11pm.

Popped in on a Sunday after hitting Eastern Market , drink orders took a while but they have a nice outdoor area .

Amazing vibe and great service. The food was pretty bad, though: stale nachos , bland burgers , and even the soda was totally flat.

Don't let Wayne serve you, especially if it's busy . He'll scold you like your a kid and he's your dad. He's rude and shows his emotions rather than being professional.

Kids Night on Tuesdays. Depending on your status, this a really good or really bad. Free dinner for the kids and movies too

Surprisingly the best fried chicken I've found in the city , speaking as a displaced Southerner.

If you go on a Thursday night, you have to get the London Broil special. It is well worth it.

Great food and awesome drinks. Ask for Karl he is an awesome bartender .
