Great place in the city with beautiful fountain and buildings around. No swimming , but you defiantly can go near frogs and turtles and take a picture.

Beautiful small downtown park , (part of William Penn 's original design) famous for it's fountain , landscaping, and great views up & down the parkway towards the Art Museum and City Hall .

As much as you want too, don't swim in the fountain . Kids pee there.
Not enough chlorine in the greater 48 to get me in that fountain . Homeless people need to bathe somewhere but I don't need to swim where they do it!
Get out of that stuffy office , grab your lunch , and find some shade!
Got to the whole foods on Friday around 5pm. Eat all the free samples for dinner (including Caviar !)
Fountain creates its own microclimate, stop by on a hot day.
Dancing in this fountain on a hot summer night can be lovely.

The exhibits are very good and awesome to see even though you have to pay admission in order to enter the historic building. Loved viewing the ancient armor exhibits. The management &staff are helpful - Dave Lepkowski
