Ba'al stands out with its incredibly creamy hummus and fluffy pita that holds up to messy, overstuffed fillings. We recommend the earthy Beet Sandwich or the fried eggplant Ba'al Sandwich .
The falafel is delightfully crunchy and they use a really delicious olive oil on top of the hummus which is also a great consistency. If you like beets , also try the beet and apple salad with feta !
Falafel is flavorful and perfect. One of the best. Everything tastes fresh! (Only downside: no bathroom .)
You can't mess this place up. 1, its cheap . 2, its fresh. 3, its absolutely effing delicious. Believe it or not, I loved the cauliflower sandwich out of all and youre damn right adding spicy sauce !
This place is a total find. It has great humus , awesome sides. Great cheap middle eastern sandwiches and platters . Perfect quick lunch place!
I'm usually a falafel girl but Ba'al sandwich with fried eggplant and hard-boiled egg is what keeps me coming back to this place
Check out the falafel platter ($7). "This falafel is fresh and light, while the pita is fluffy. Throw in some of their lemony hummus , and you might find yourself thinking about this falafel for days." Read more
Yummy $10 lunch combo : choose 3 out of their many sides. I went with falafel , tzatziki and tabouleh ????????
Small, nice, with good food choices. However Hummus and Pita Co. Is still best place for that type of food. Larger portions, and so on.
Great spot for a quick lunch , get the Ba'al sandwich and the homemade Mint Lemonade for a signature meal. Can't go wrong here, honestly
Get the chicken shawarma pita (or any pita ) with a soup for $8. Options for whole wheat and hot sauce if you'd like
Their hot sauce is less blow-your-face-off hot than some competitors, which isn't a bad thing. Get some on your chicken sandwich .
Everything's fresh & homemade . My favorite falafel , hummus & zataar pita in NYC.
Great for a quick, affordable lunch in an area generally filled with overpriced crap. Felafel sandwich is perfect and cheap .
Fried Eggplant and Zucchini are magical. This coming from someone who thought disliked eggplant and zucchini his whole life.
Can't go wrong with either the platter or soup+sandwich specials. Anything with Fattoush is especially delicious. Cash only .
chicken shawarma sandwich with a side of fattoush for less than $9 with tax. my new favorite lunch .
The baba ghanoush is on point. I got it as a side with my chicken shawarma and used it as a dipping sauce .
Try the flatbreads with egg and caraway or feta - they take a little longer, but they are fantastic! Also, the lemonade is some of the best in the area, yum!
Great falafel and the lemonade is absolutely delicious
Falafel sandwich is amazing. One of the best I've had and I have had many.
They have a great range of pita sandwiches here. A lot more diverse than your average Middle eastern restaurant .
One of the best lentil soups I have tasted, and I've tasted a lot, thank you!
Amazing Falafel and very fresh food !!!!!
Hard to choose from the many homemade delicious choices. Grab and go or snag one of the few stools.
If you're a fan of spicy food , make sure they add they hot saucy. It's amazing!
Best Falafels in NYC. Light and crisp!????
Healthy, tasty, felafel sandwich is the best local cheap-eat around. Smoky hot sauce and Za'ataar fries also delicious.
Awesome great service. Always leave more than regular tip. It's worth it
Everything here is delicious; but get the falafel sandwich !
Their falafel sandwiches are the bomb. If you like spicy , ask them to add their hot sauce !
Falafels are awesome here. The sandwiches are all great
Tasty, but the bowl portions are SoHo sized alright.

$6.50 for an amazing falafel sandwich .
No matter what you order, ask for hot sauce on it. Thank me later.
The falafel sandwich is my favorite. I like to order it with their smoky hot sauce .
Great for a quick, cheap lunch .
The flatbread appetizer is good for the money but takes 10 minutes to make. Everything else is served really fast.
Get the falafel sandwich over the platter. Platter costs $2 more and it's just a deconstructed sandwich .
The falafel is to die for! Such fresh ingredients !
Must try Falafel Sandwich and platter .
