A great place to grab a seriously strong martini , in a quiet atmosphere , on a weekend afternoon. One of the few places in midtown that I would recommend.
Came for an engagement party and they had a really nice back room. Fun fact: on Saturday nights there are opera singers from the Met that perform upstairs. You can listen to them sing & grab a drink.
Saturday nights. Upstairs the opera is so magnificent; sort of like a nineteenth century salon. I am not classically educated , but I really loved the tremendous voices on display here!
One of NYC's hidden gems for Christmas decor ! Tons of tinsel and ornaments adorn this old fashioned bistro , and the food and drinks are so good you will come here year round!
The hitachino nest white ale is a must try here. Expensive, but not easy to find in nyc (trader joes has it too but not too many other places)
Saturday night opera is the very best live entertainment in NYC for the price. Great value with amazing talent and an overall good time. Highly recommended by me.
I had the Croque M. Very good. Great service in a beautiful spot.
Casual dining with a French flair. Roomy with fun bar space on two floors. Great for lunch and dinner .
It’s blessing to reignite friendships which was lost during pandemic! Awesome venue and potential 1st Wednesday Venue
Good spot for brunch , big proportion with very reasonable price including complementary mimosa and Bloody Mary .
Less French and more sports bar . A fairly nice atmosphere inside. The Long Island iced tea was massive and not very nice.
Full of suits and busy after a work day but large space for groups and you can find a tasty aperol spritz here.
Popular business lunch location in midtown. Good vibes and ambience. Food is bistro fare without flair.
Nice place, friendly , but slow bar . If you are trying to get your drink on, it might take a long time. I would suggest pre-drinking.
Homemade pasta & super dog friendly .
Huge space ! Good for groups or reserving one of their spaces
Very classy and great for the finance crowd post work gatherings
Good Bar with nice piano music but the pianist doesn't know the Gloomy Sunday :(
Mmmm champagne n cheese platter !! To die for ????????????
I ordered moules frites in a white sauce . They gave me so many mussels I didn't know what to do. They are delicious and you should order them immediately.
Absolutely inedible food across the board from appetizers to dessert . Come for a drink if you must, but avoid the food... And I rarely say that.
Heard toward young professionals - definitely not stuffy. This may be my go to place for after work.
I came for the Christmas Decoration , which was beautiful. The food was ok! Service needs to improve.
On Thursday evenings after work, it's a steaming stew of straight men.
The sauteed shrimp entre is really good.
We arrived on a week day around 5 pm. They directed us to a dinner table, at which we were not even greeted by a server for the first 15 mins. and it was even not crowded . We left without eating.
Simple lunch menu to choose from hamburger / chicken sandwich
Popular after work spot for the Midtown office crowd
Dont waste your money on the Papillon salad or Steak Tartare , both just awful. Salad overdressed wilted mess and steak tartare had absolutely no flavor at all and texture was way too mushy.
surprisingly decent place for a meeting during off hours.
No happy hour , but cool ambiance and deco.
The place is beautiful!!!!
Great Croque Madame and a decent beer selection . The service is poor. The waiters are not attentive.
Fun drinks
Free range chicken with spinach was good. They have a good kids menu . Ordered two different types of red wine that were just so so.
Pretty good calamari !
Really nice Christmas decor
The potstickers do not have ginger or sriracha . So some false advertising there...
Such a cool place to visit!
Midtown bar , good after work scene...overpriced but good place to start
Great service for private parties
Quiet , good but not great
Or try the linguini and clams
Try the spinach ravioli at lunch
Kwak beer was awesome!
Saturday opera
Great beer selection - bottles and draft . Good bar menu too!
Apres work fun.
Nice. Bring someone.
Excellent Belgian beer selection .
Steak tartare and wine at the bar. Delightful. - Jordan Fox
Best croissants in the city. Amazing atmosphere but also there’s a little bakery takeout next door for getting bread to go. - Chet Mancini
Absolutely spectacular! Poppy seed crusted salmon was amazing and the service is impeccable - Adam Schuit
Impressive collection, beautiful sculpture garden. All that you can hope for in a museum. The 5th floor cafe is pricey, but the food is very good and the view on the balcony is worth the price. - Kaisa Hernberg
Top of the rock view is definitely the best one in New York. Don't bother with the Empire State - Swemeatballs .
very nice design store , very good costumer service and 24 hours open! ???????????? - SA
