Splash down into a musical adventure filled with delightful critters and down-home backwoods charm!

The ride is based on the characters, stories & songs from the 1946 Disney movie Song of the South! Get in the single rider line & sing "Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah" as you drop 53 feet to your watery doom!
This is a great ride! I was really freaked out at first because it has no seat belts, but don't worry it's completely safe. The drop is fun and the animals are great, but kinda creepy.
Splash Mountain is based on an obscure Disney cartoon. It's a great ride with wonderful animatronics and a great final drop.
Quick tip! Don't wanna get wet?! The last three especially last seat. Almost or hardly get wet. When you reach the front of the line . Ask to be seated in the back.
One of my favorite rides if not my favorite at Disney land. Even though I love it, the wait time is ridiculous, like often more than hour long and sometimes even two hours long.
Although the theme for this ride can be very controversial, it remains to be one of the best rides in the park .
You WILL get wet, especially if you're in the front two seats! If your log is riding low expect a few waves to come right over the front.
Looking to add some fun to the ride? Count the number of Characters butt you see! Disney has become very intentional about not showing butts on other rides so it's a unique game to play.
Splash Mountain is absolutely amazing will have a wonderful experience you can see me sitting in the very back I'm the last one
Opened in 1989, Splash Mountain is one of the PREMIER rides at Disneyland. Get here in the heat of the day, because you'll probably get WET!
If you want to get SOAKED, make sure you're in the one of the first two seats of the boat and make sure the rest of the seats are packed to make the boat heavy!
Use the single rider line if you want to cut that 2-hour wait down to five minutes. There’s also never a line for this ride after the fireworks
Everybody's got a laughin' place- trouble is most folks won't take the time to go look for it.
This is a thrilling ride ! Its always been a favorite even though the laughing place is a bit trippy.
my favorite ride in all of Disneyland. watch out, you will get wet!
So fun, great way to cool off. Super long line during the summer days, so i would go at night. Sit in the front and you get soaked (like me :))
If you don't want to wait in the long line , save this for after sunset . Less people want to go on a water ride after the sun goes down.
The best rides are in the last hour of closing. It's in the dark and you can easily do 2-3 runs without line ups
I LOVE IT! Always fun and exciting. Good way to cool off!
Row 6 is perfect for parents and their young kids! Only row you can sit side by side and SCREAM!!!
Willing to ride alone? Use the Single Rider entrance behind the photo purchase counter. Good to use while waiting for your Fast Pass time!
The drops on this ride are the best part for sure. The last two drops are very dangerous and you may get wet! and you may even get totally soaked.
You'll definitely get wet but I've seen only a few get soaked. That's more likely on one of the raft rides.
You will get wet if you sit in the front! But it is such a fun ride
This is a hidden little spot to view the people who just splashed down from the mountain !
Handicap/fast pass access is the same. if you can climb stairs while handicap, the fastpass entrance is quicker. Otherwise, the wait at the exit for handicap can be half as long as regular queue
Hahahahah I soaked the whole water in this ride. It is definitely more than a splash
If you decide to take a picture of your picture, take it from an angle to the side so there isn't a glare from the lights in the background.
Go over to the Poo Corner gift shop , ask for one of the plastic shopping bags. Now put anything you don't want to get wet - except the kids and enjoy the ride.
Lift your feet up when your hit the water on the big slide, water slashes down in the log and hits your shoes foo!
A classic for a reason. Go toward the front of the boat if you want to get extra soaked.
The Disneyland railroad passes through part of the ride (behind a plexiglass barrier)
These are some of the best animatronics I have ever seen!
The line is very short at night, but sit in the back unless you want to get a cold the next day!
Might get a touch wet but this one’s a can’t miss at Disney.
In the middle\end of the big drop when it takes the picture look back, in the pic it will look like your falling out :)
There's a Single Rider line . Enter through the Exit!
Take the singles line near the exits if you want to save time.
dont forget to grab a FREE plastic bag to throw your stuff in, no one cares that you were too stupid to protect your iphone and it got soaked ;)
Line was much shorter at night! We pretty much walked onto the ride...if you don't mind riding it until after the sun goes down,I'd wait!
Sit on the fourth seat from the front with a bag over your head only - hilarious!
The single rider line on this ride is right near the exit
We got so much more wet than j remember as a kid..
If you sit at the front of the boat you are guaranteed to get soaked!
To those in the front of the boat I was in hoping to get soaked - you are welcome.
How do you do, really nice to see ya!
Ridiculously wet ride when you have a full log lol
The fastest ride at Disneyland at 55 miles per hour
Sit in the front and duck , the people behind you won't expect it!
Camera 's on your right, so plan accordingly!
Little to no waiting and a great AC. Great for hot days and a chance to rest your feet. - Christine Accetta
Fast service, quiet and shady location. Awesome for when you need a break from the crowds. - Charlotte Willner
Whenever we are in the park, we make a special trip here to get a hunny pot apple. It is delicious. A Carmel Apple, dipped in chocolate. Wonderful - David Nelms
Fun, relaxing ride. One of the better dark rides in the park. I do wish they'd cut back some of the Jack Sparrow content, though. - Erika Robbins
Great, fun ride. Fast and pretty smooth! Squish a little one in between two adults and look out for the dynamite goat! - Fran Irwin
It's a great ride. Def a must whenever you're in the park. Get a fastpass though...lines are always long. - Sam Aceves
