Big Thunder Mountain Railroad

With the new changes to the ride, getting a seat towards the back of the train is much more important! The tunnel with the explosions are BEST SEEN in the back half of the train !

Beautiful views from this ride. We got to see the fireworks while on the ride and it was insane. So are the wait times; get a FlashPass

If you're in row 15, sit three to a seat and stare at the goat with dynamite in it's mouth throughout the whole turn. Amazing experience.

I love the views from this ride! A fun small coaster. And the wildest ride in the wilderness!

[BFGF] Probably one of my favorites here at Disneyland, a good beginners wooden rollercoaster for young and old!

Fastpass is a MUST with this, as the fastpass wait is usually short (45 min or less), which allows you to get another fastpass fairly quickly!

After walking in, after the first right turn, look to the right rock wall...by the light. You will find a hidden Mickey made with 3 rocks on the wall!

Even though this ride doesn’t look too impressive it packs a punch and is one of the best rides at Disney! Love how detailed the theming is too

My personal pov but this is the best ride on the park . So much fun and so we’ll themed. Use genie for a short wait .

The Goat Trick: When you see the goat chewing on the dynamite, keep your eyes on him for as long as you can. It usually produces a crazy sensation! Try it!

Ride during the fireworks !! More lights are off, lines are shorter, and what a view !

At the top of the second drop, there is a goat on a hill to the right. Stare at it as long as possible for a funny feeling.

Disney purchased real mining artifacts for this! Leave some slack between you and the bar if you wanna "fly!" Your ride buddy will thank me, lol...

It’s the perfect coaster for kids 6 and up

the lines really arent that bad for this ride even if its coming out the door but the fastpass is the way to go

This is the best attraction to go on during fireworks . It's amazing.

Classic ride. Our favorite at Disneyland.

A young man suffered severe head trauma and internal bleeding after the train he was riding in derailed. 10 others were injured but he was the only death and it was blamed on improper maintenance.

For a wilder experience, ask the cast member at the station to initiate jackrabbit speed. Yee-haw!
