Dinner at Nobu 57 is a must. Personal favorites: Baby spinach lobster salad (I order the sour dressing ) + sticky rice cakes with tuna (addicting) pic attached + Black cod or Sea bass . Yum.

David Rockwell, who designed the original Nobu, went to great lengths to replicate the current fashion in New York Japanese #restaurants for cavernous, excessively baroque rooms.

Ask for the limited foie gras dumplings (off menu !) they really are worth it!!! Also: Fantastic salmon sashimi with dried Miso (in photo).

Don’t get me wrong it’s good but you definitely pay a hefty price for the atmosphere here. The food itself isn’t that incredible. Strongly recommend the miso soup . Skip the sea urchin . Soap 8/10 ????????

Great ambiance at Nobu 57. We enjoyed the Lobster shiitake salad with spicy lemon dressing , Chilean seabass umani miso , Crispy rice with spicy tuna (pictured).

Had an amazing dinner here! The food is incredibly good; go with California and Shrimp Tempura rolls , Black Cod with Miso . Lychee mango tasted really good!

Enjoyable lunch atmosphere, slow on weekends. A little more pricey than most places, but worth it for knowing I'm eating quality raw fish . Service was very good, on top of everything... Team effort.

Go with the classics - Miso Cod , Rock Shrimp , Sashimi Salad and punctuate the meal with some sushi . More sake please. ????

I can't even begin to start naming my favorites -black cod , tuna chips , lobster tacos , tiradito, spicy crab , anticucho chicken . So good, everything elegantly prepared. Dessert has to be a bento box .

The bar seating (sofas ) is casual , relaxing but comfortable for couples. Miso black cod was not as excellent as hyped up, but still good and its a large portion .

Excellent Japanese restaurant . Everything was great. If you are in NYC and like Japanese gastronomy , you should visit Nobu.

Tiradito Nobu style. Eat it all day for breakfast lunch & dinner . Or enjoy as light fare at the bar . Simply amazing.

Japanese Uni, Blue fin Otoro and Kampachi sushi . Rock shrimp tempura as app. Tempura a bit mushy. Uni & Otoro was fabulous.

Trendy , fun hot spot. big selection of tempura , my favs are the scallops , shrimp , sweet potato and green beans . as main course i like the lobster or tenderloin and hibachi beef .

The sushi is amazing, if you go make sure to get the tempura shrimp and finish off with the bento box . Absolutely divine.

The Bento Box is absolutely delicious (the dinner one, that is. The dessert bento box was a bit disappointing). Great lunch !

Ask for the Kobe beef dumplings . They aren't on the menu. Act like you always get them when you go there, and don't take no for an answer. You're welcome.

The place investment bankers in New York go when they fancy a Japanese; fusion chef Nobu Matsuhisa's miso-marinated black cod , rock shrimp with spicy mayonnaise have stood the test of time.

Black cod in miso is simply heavenly! Not really an authentic Japanese restaurant in my opinion, but definitely a special one with a lots of great Japanese-based dishes.
