Lovely local pub that doubles as a dancefloor a bit later at night. Selection of beer is ok, and the garden is great in the summer

Vic McGin

Get in early for a table on Friday nights or weekends. Food is surprisingly good! But better just to come here for a booze and chat.

Daniel Smith

Great pub . Free pasta on a Monday with a couple of drinks. Good music , good vibe. Wifi password is jeffthecat

Richard

Amazing garden but it's like stepping into Made in Chelsea. Bar staff are great and do their best but are overrun.

Veronica Kityo

Massive beer garden , great food and great staff . What more do you need.

Elliot Pearson

Fantastic summer garden , perfect summer vibe. Needs some tunes played outside maybe.

Alastair Bovell

The beef and lamb stew is rich and delicious a rare treat for a pub stew . Loved it.

Sevda

very nice french fries but saltiest fish ever! Not the best place for watching football due to lack of standing places after seats are taken. I hope this place doesnt lose its vibe with new ownership.

Ben Prewett

Amazing beer garden , nice staff , nice food. I'll be coming here again for sure!

Gail Walker

Great find. Do a clever free pasta deal when you buy 2 drinks on a Monday. Situated nicely for Brixton Academy.

Lefteris Siamopoulos

The beer garden is a must! Cauliflower was really good!

Cat Gee

This unseeming pub in a backstreet of Brixton is actually home to one of the most impressive beer gardens you've ever seen. It also has a thai kitchen and the prices are good too.

Steve Garside

Wow this pub has changed a lot. If you're a hipster , awesome, do it. If you're after a regular boozer, don't bother.

Seb J

An enormous garden with a great selection of beers (although I don't think they sell fosters).

Miriam Price

INCREDIBLY good scotch egg . Good prices and lovely staff

Steve Garside

Drinks aren't that cheap , but free pancakes and friendly Ipswich Town supporting bar staff are highlights. And lots and lots of sofas , which is different from my last trip.

Henna Patel

Massive beer garden out back - curfew is 10pm though because of the neighbours

Kyle Cameron Studstill

Huge backyard area, excellent selection on tap

James Paterson

All about the beer garden . Gets rowdy in the summer.

Jason B

Amazing beer garden but there aren't enough bar staff to cope at busy times

Melanie Johnson

Brilliant garden and cool interior. Come for the board games , stay for the nachos .

Ross Groom

Food is overpriced but great garden to sit outside in on a warm summer's evening

Jenny Stewart

It's all about the massive beer garden in this pub . Great space.

Grab a tap beer , head to the massive beer garden & grab a rare sirloin off the grill. Top class

Used to be full of old men, now full of hipsters . Great beer garden in the summer.

Ana R

Like seriously. The garden is great and all but for f* sake the burgers are terrible. Dry and tasteless. And our 4 orders were forgotten. The food is too expensive for the quality.

Will Abson

Best beer garden I've ever seen

Jen C

Hidden gem of a pub with a massive back garden

Melle Elle

Unacceptably rude staff . Kicked us out of the garden 20mins before 10pm as written on the board, in the middle of our meal with the plates in our hands. Never coming back!
