Great latte ($5), accepts Apple Pay and cash-free, beautiful decor. Limited seats and they are filled up quickly so it may not be an ideal place for a long work on laptop unless you find a seat.

The space is amazing. Quiet and spacious compared to the cramped Irving coffee around the corner.

The best iced americano I think!!! Its refreshing and light and balanced. Btw it’s another no-cash coffee shop .

Cool space, great coffee , restroom , and good Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi network is “Dev Guest” and the password is “devocionfresh”.

Great flat white and cortados . Seating can be tough to find most hours, but the service is always fast.

Coffee is (exclusively?) Columbian and is fine but never quite as good as you’d like it to be; their hipster fancy coffees do raise their game, albeit at a cost.
