a spoonful of happiness! a must, its so good that i think i will be able to remember it for a lifetime! my friend and i smiled right after we put the spoon in our mouth, it is really that good!

This is the most elegant sushi restaurant in the Sunset District. You can’t go wrong w/the sushi here. But...do yourself a favor, get the Spoonful of Happiness. I’d be happy to just eat a ton of these.

Richard Chen

Ignore the main menu with all the crowd-pleaser rolls. Go directly to the "Today's Catch" menu. Order one of everything. It's some of the most remarkable fish to be found in San Francisco.

Rachelle C

Sushi is fantastic and great service at this neighbor hood gem. Try the shrimp dumplings too. There is a nice happy hour Tuesday to Thursday until 7 pm.

Jenny

I'd skip the curry makerel but everything else was spot on. This and Ebisu are my favorite Inner Sunset sushi places based on quality of food and ambiance. Kiki's is your best bet for price

AJ L

Come here for happy hour and enjoy cheap hand rolls for $4. The cut rolls are regular priced between $6-$8ish but still delicious!

Reesa Kashuk

Thought I'd love it more. Felt overpriced and I wish they had simpler rolls that let the fish shine. The best roll is delicious though!

Erin Merchant

Le-git sashimi . Fresh fresh fresh. Sit at the bar , it's worth the wait.

Really generous portions of quality fish in their sashimi combo. The tuna was amazingly fresh and flavorful.

Best sushi in sf. Sit at the bar and order the shrimp dumplings , the king crab dynamite hand roll and the azteca roll.

James T

They have the Hosomaki rolls (less rice , nori on the outside) with more traditional Japanese fillings.

Michael Williams

Go 'Catch of the Day' -- 1 piece of nigiri down the list. You won't be dissapointed.

Kiana Lynn

Fresh uni from Japan is hard to find and there's nothing like it!!

Linzi Berry

The Spicy Tuna Wonton Tacos , from the Shared Cold Plates, were delicious! Dare I say it, better than Gott's.

A Spoonful of Happiness is the best "one bite" appetizer you can get from a Japanese restaurant . You'll want a lot more spoonfuls of it.
