Mexico City Marriott Reforma Hotel

Modern design Marriott located in the financial section of Mexico City. Very good spacious lounge complete with outdoor area . Good food & drinks selection & excellent service. Good gym & pool as well .

Lounge level is good, excellent selection of food, pay bar , but drinks are inexpensive . Gym and fitness area is excellent. Staff are great. Ask for a room facing towards the palm. Higher is quieter .

The Concierge Lounge here is enormous — the entire 16th floor — and has a large rooftop deck with gorgeous views !

Any hotel at Reforma will suffer with traffic and protests. But their breakfast buffet is very good and La Mansion is also great!

My new favorite Marriott. I was treated like a king. Great bar and staff ! Only complaint is they present you with the check right after asking if you need anything else... much too soon.

Due to my many nights in this hotel recently, I have become a Marriott customer for life!!! I was away from home on my birthday and the staff had a letter and tray of dessert waiting when I got back!

Breakfast buffet one of the best for value in the neighborhood . I like the service too.

Breakfast is great and conveniently located near the US embassy. Service is polite but rarely goes above and beyond

Convient, clean , nice service but no charm.

Don't know what happened but service stinks, instead of apologizing they have an excuse for their incompetence, every single time. Disappointing hotel in one of the most beautiful avenues worldwide.

Stay away from lounge . Unless you buy alcohol and tip they're nasty to you and will publicly humiliate you. Don't bother complaining. Sorry doesn't fix everything. Not worth the price. Beware.

I went here as a visitor, the service was so bad from the person at valet parking and got worse with the guards in the lobby. They do not know it means to serve. They were unkind.

El desayuno buffet de lunes a sábado es Deli! chilaquiles gratinados en horno.. Must! El pan es riquísimo! Y todo por un gran precio! 😉 sin contar que el lugar es apto para grupos grandes!

La comida es inmensamente deliciosa, regresaría solo por comer, buena atención por parte del staff y todo muy limpio, el único problema es la alberca no es techada y el agua es fria

Excelentes Camas , Gimnasio y Sauna de Clase Mundial. Eso de que cobren el internet por hora... Bastante Primitivo y Piojo! En peores hoteles es Gratis! Fallaron monumentalmente. Excelente Ubicación.

Excelente el buffet de mariscos ,todo riquísimo y súper y súper fresco , la barra de postres es una delicia. Bastante recomendable.

El buffete es excelente y la atención igual. En día de las madres las reciben con mimosas gratis. Los postres uff deliciosos.

Excelente, como siempre, aunque tardan mucho en check in/ out y pierdes bastante tiempo!.

Las instalaciones son excelentes pero en cuanto al servicio de estacionamiento es malo ya que cobran 250 por noche por que no va incluido en el hospedaje, en eso les pongo un tache.
