The hotel was lovely, very clean , food was great and comfortable beds . The room service took a while to get hold of on the phone but other than that it was perfect.
We use this hotel regularly for our courses. It's clean and comfortable with helpful business staff and an accessible location. That's why we keep using it!
Gym has literary no equipment at all and roomservice menues in the room differ from what they can prepare...so "let me check" "will bring a new one" "will ask the chef " etc etc...
Hotel is nice, on the river , good breakfast comfy beds . Found the staff very helpful. 20 min walk from hall 18
I have been here several times for one-day meetings and I can't fault the service. We are always well looked after by the business services team.
gym ? 5 machines only .before you go to gym , they make u sign a paper which has a lot of points like we r not liable if u lift more weights then u should blah blah. And There is no weights to lift.
Typical hotel room nonsense - one usable power point in the queen rooms. Bring a multiboard if you expect to charge / run multiple devices. (or try asking reception perhaps?)
A comfortable hotel , but my stay was spoilt by poor service in the restaurant . Well located for the NEC and Genting Arena .
Not a bad hotel but expensive of course ! Bath could do with a refurb but room reasonable otherwise. Wage free wi fi is not useable and they make you pay extra for the useable version, so do complain
Afternoon meal was great, really nice food by comparison but took and hour for room service . Hotel is nice and clean .
Shocking room service ! Did not get what we asked for and it cost £32 for 2 sandwiches , 2 diet cokes and a bowl of chips ! Great location for LG Arena though!
The bar reminds me a bit of an airport lounge . Service there is often pretty slow and the payment devices are temperamental.
Lovely meal - very reasonably priced at £25 for a set 3 course with 3 choices at each course.
Best rooms in the area ... Helpful staff
Nice rooms. Really dodgy food on room service
Want to pay a lot of money for a low end Holiday Inn Express dressed as a Crowne Plaza? This is your place.
Parking shocking price. £10 for 2 hours despite spending £12 on coffee & sandwich .
Now, this is more like it!
Good Hotel .
Really helpful staff for conference I was running
£25 3 course menu is not bad but not leaving you breathless
Cold cooked breakfast was disgusting. I complained to reception this morning so it will be interesting to see whether it's fixed tomorrow. If not, I'm not staying again.
Expect a 'luke warm' breakfast . A little dissatisfied with the hotel .
Don't order a Starbucks coffee in this hotel . We stood at the Coffee counter and was ignored. A manager came along & told us we should goto the bar around the corner. I'm not a bloody mind reader!
Horrible restourant. Expensive and with a poor menu. Dinner to forget
Do not stay here! Charlene needs training on customer relations, shocking service. Do not stay in room 340 or 344 probs with running water
Here for work; excellent food at dinner time, drinks on the pricy side of acceptable, rooms a little small but suitable. Big venue, well kept. 4/5 - James Delaney
Nice rooms and a nice vibe to this hotel. Lakeside views would be the best rooms. - Oliver Bond
Convenient for the airport. The bar is often just as good as the restaurant to eat in in the evening and Is open later. - Leonard Hanson
Awkward venue, compared to Excel. Always have food and drink with you as prices are too high. Have comfortable shoes as you will walk a lot. - E Ngare
Nice venue, very easy to reach...shops and restaurant nearby. Amazing security service. Very organized! - Stefy Rfw
