Good flavor temaki (AKA hand roll sushi ). Can be à la carte or multicourse (5, 7, 9), but the 7-course left us plenty full. We used our hands to eat it, the chopsticks for the spilled roe .
my ranking (out of those we tried): salsom & sesame -> spicy tuna -> creamy scallop -> spicy kani -> smoked hamachi -> chef’s poke
Spicy kana was the fave and 6 rolls was good amount for Anna 7 for ari
Pandan Bibingka 10/10. Beef bun 9/10. Hodo yuba 9/10. Little gem salad 8/10. Chicken wing 8/10. Jewelery rice 8/10. Local cured halibut 7/10. Other mother spicy cocktail 8/10 - Ari Sigal
I’m a big fan of hamachi kama, I tried it here & it wasn’t my favorite dish: felt heavy on the breading. We ordered the peppery roll & the torched belly. The belly was to die for, perfectly balanced. - Arai Buendia
Big fan of the tamago dish and the whole, fried fish. My favorite new izakaya in SF! - Holger Lüdorf
Blue bottle coffee ice cream! Great mint chocolate. Honey lavender is a unique option. - Ryan Tauer
Strong flavors and perfectly creamy and smooth ice cream. Worth the wait! - Angelica W
A must go to stop in the Mission. Expensive chocolate but well worth the quality and uniqueness. Be sure and check out the gift boxes. - Chris H.
