There is a crazy lady who frequents the local dog runs : tries to impart her expertise but is clueless. 50ish, greying brown. Does not manage her very aggressive dog.

Be careful of the rat droppings. Yes, rat droppings. The place is infested at night. Several dogs have gotten sick when they have eaten droppings.
