The nabeyaki udon is excellent, so is the pork katsu platter. Quantity is massive and quality is very good.
It's the reincarnation of Sapporo East . The wasabi shumai will make your head explode, but in a good way.
Bento-customize all 4 boxes. Salmon teriyaki , sashimi , seaweed salad and kinpira $18.50
Seating isn't the most comfortable but a consistent neighborhood spot - sushi , udons , fried squid is good
Great japanese restaurant with tatamis and awesome ramen !!
I've been looking for a good quality, well-priced sushi place and the gods have answered
You're much better off walking the several extra blocks and waiting a couple of minutes for Takahachi on Ave A....much better quality everything for the same price, if not cheaper. RIP Sapporo East
Sukiyaki is delicious!
Am I the first person here? I think this is the grand opening. Will give a review.
Miso soup is the real deal.
Sushi , sashimi , katsu
Good for 🍱 , 🍛 and 🍣
Any fish in sushi is chewy, not fresh. No wasabi on nigiri , low quality and would not recommend
外装 内装はオリジナリティが○。畳の席は○。料理がひどい。日本人でなくともわかるA社やN社の冷凍食品 を「店のお勧め」と出す。
The salmon belly is to die for. Actually melts in your mouth. - Michellee C
Better than many Omakase that are 2-3 times the price. Highly recommend. - Andrew Johnson
An institution in the East Village, love their tile floor.. and their NY cheesecake! - Adrien
