It's really fancy and comfortable here. Their teas are also really tasty. I suggest you order the Chamomile tea which includes honey and it tastes wonderful.
They may get featured in the Michelin guide. They may use higher end ingredients like lobsters . But having both our dumplings split open at the seams befuddled us to the quality of preparations
Traditional Chinese food : nice chicken broth , big portion of spring rolls , tasty lobster & abalone dumplings . Unfortunately they serve limited dumplings assortment at the evening.
Hong Kong dim sum is called "yum Cha ". This indoor restaurant is super easy for vegetarians cuz you can select from a menu and there are multiple veggie options . HK stock exchange is downstairs.
