This is a decent place with a decent price. You're walking distance from Check Point Charlie which is well in the heart of the city . Breakfast is included and you're about 25€ away from the airport .
Very nice and clean , free internet at lobby. LAN access at room is very expensive and slow ! Take a Vodafone data card to use with your USB ( from arkaden in potzdammer platz) for 20 euro:-)
Get yourself a Berlin City Pass from here, free admission to lots of museum and unlimited travel across the city .

Staff is awful, conceited "Welcome to Germany" was the climax! Room is good. Forget the parking , 22€ a night, no kidding !

OK room on 6th floor. First day : shower not working. Fixed on day 2. Busy hotel . Breakfast ok, but no quality products. Still ok for the price.
Room is small for 3. No wifi in the room. Water pressure in the shower is low. No warm meals for breakfast
