Sultan Abdul Samad Building is among historic building in Kuala Lumpur and become a Kuala Lumpur landmark for more than 100 years.
Jalan Raja 50050 Kuala Lumpur , Kuala Lumpur Malaysia
Impressive colonial architecture and the field across the way and street in front tend to host various local events . As such, there was a fair amount of scaffolding during our visit.
As majestic as it is in the morning, when the building is lit up at night, it looks simply magical. Use public transportation to get here. Parking is limited.
..'said that design of this buildin' influenced by moorish durin' british colonization era at tanah melayu..actually it's a proof & heritage leaved by englishman for future generations'..
This beautiful building originally known as British Government Offices. In 1974, it was renamed after Sultan Abdul Samad the reigning sultan of Selangor at the time when construction began#TravelingKL
This Moorish-style building was built in 1897, named after Sultan of Selangor at the time & served as secretariat for the colonial British administration . Now it become an iconic historical landmark .
Great colonial architecture to take photos and walk by the river .
A must-see in KL, this building with its copper domes was completed in 1897. Built by the British, its architecture is actually Moorish and not native to Malaysia.
A nice place to visit. Don't miss it !
It was completed in 1897 by A.C. Norman and was used to house several government departments at the time of the British administration in Malaya.
A stylish landmark . Together with the Merdeka Square, so you won't miss it.
