Nice place to hang around especially at night due to the nice lights around, however, the fishes wasn’t well maintained and witnessed people littered everywhere, hope everyone to be more civilised

Beautiful installation of water, lights, and “steam”. Could be improved slightly by removing blue LEDs, but I guess it’s standard of beauty over here.
