If you don't want to wait in the long line for lunch , show up before 11am or after 1p on the weekdays. Either way, they move fast, so you won't be in line as long as you think.
The line at this location is always absurd around lunchtime on the weekdays. They push people through really fast though so it's worth it.

Go to a different chipotle, this one has broken air conditioning and is extremely humid inside. Food is good, I recommend the brown rice with a steak bowl , corn and mild salsa .
Quick, easy and delicious. Avoid the post lunch rush , however. The food prep gets worse--leaving the food less seasoned.

Crazy during lunch time. If you can hold out until 1pm the line is MUCH better.
