Typical Starbucks. Inadequate seating4such a large empty space. Inadequate working outlets2charge anything. Was handed wrong change, had2wait4a key so I could then get my order4some guy named David.

Post-workout drink: Venti iced green tea unsweetened with a scoop of protein (shaken of course). Barista will most likely look at you like you have ten heads, but its delish!

One of the darkest and dingiest Starbucks on the planet. Props to the staff for being patient enough to deal with so many tourists .

Order on the app. Walk in and out. So convenient.

Afternoon the coffee lines are usually shorter and the bathroom lines are longer.

The best place to try out those wacky drinks not on the menu . Crew are very friendly

The service is a bit slow; they seem to be understaffed. Also, none of the Barista's have managed to pull a shot that I've enjoyed yet.

On a diet? Stick to tall or grande beverages with skim or soy milk and no whip cream . For a snack , opt for fruit , nuts , or a small yogurt parfait .

Absurdly long line -- and I visited in the middle of a work day!

This location is a much better bet than the one on Park Row which becomes overrun with tourists hitting the bathrooms - the lines can be frustrating.

Who doesn't like Starbucks... Dark Roast and White Chocolate Mocha..Yum

There's a table that is good height. No restroom .

Always a long line . But it moves quickly!

there's only ONE bathroom for both guys and girls.

Slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. And half the staff is incompetent and just stares at you when you place your order.

Bathroom is "employees only"...absolutely ridiculous, just go to another Starbucks.

Really slow, takes forever for one drink when the place is empty.

Worst Mocha ever! It tastes like hot chocolate made with chocolate powder not cocoa . And I couldn't find any taste of coffee on it :/
