The service here is wonderful my waiter was smiling before I got in the door. I'm about to try this salmon scallion omelette and the turmeric chai latte . I love that the staff today is mostly af am.
The Curried Chicken Salad Tartine with harissa-cranberry chutney is my favorite thing on the menu. That with a tall glass of their iced green tea is a wonderful lunch .
Love this place. Ironically I never go in NYC, only here in DC. Love it. Nice light, fresh food . The cheese board is great, as well as the egg white inlet when they have it.
Salads are the best value. Huge and with bread . Be prepared to wait a few minutes before someone comes to your table.
Their omelets are delicious and the waffle should not be missed -- it's a perfect dessert to share after your meal Read more
For breakfast , try the soft boiled egg with their homemade toast . There's also nutella on the table :)
Good, clean , food of tje highest quality. Good service if you are not in a rush.
Good authentic French bakery and bistro .. pricey , but nice for a special occasion .
The tofu scramble has a fantastic texture. Love it.
Don't come too hungry. Portions are very French. And priced that way too. Need a small appetite and big wallet. Otherwise, tasty.
Really good, but the lemonade is REALLY tart
The Tuscan Bean salad (w/arugula, prosciutto ) is the best thing on the menu (not including the Belgian brownies and buttery Madeleines , of course). Read more
Grilled chicken and smoked mozzarella looks good, but love the curry chicken salad tartine .
Try the parmesan and basil pesto omelette , it's definitely a unique taste but delicious!
The salmon tartine was quite delicious, and the brownie was definitely the highlight of my brief stay in DC.
the chicken cobb salad is wonderful!
Love the food (and lemonade : nice and sour), but the service moves at a glacial speed.
The best chain coffee shop around. Organic. Quality. Big latter and Belgian Brownie . Yum.
Standard french styled cafe .
Good coffee . Bland oatmeal . Slow service. Convenient location. There are plenty of other places nearby that may be more worthy.
Best chocolate croissant in town that I have found. So far.
The smoked salmon is awesome!
The bathroom situation is a little odd. Think horror movie odd. Door code is 2020
Don't eat outside unless you want to share with squirrels! Otherwise a tasty place with slow service.
Try the curry chicken salad very tasty.
The men's restroom code is 2020
The food is good. However service is real slow. Took 15 minutes for a cup of coffee
I hear the food is great but the staff is rude and slow so we may never know!
Ladies room code 1245
Pesto chicken tartine was good.
Waiters suck. Food is bland. They frequently run out of things. This time, only half of our food was available.
Food is great but the staff is rude and slow.
Chocolate chocolate chocolate cupcake is awesome! Cake itself tasted kinda stale, but the ganache frosting made up for it - very deep, rich, and velvety-smooth (and served in a huge amount) - Sophia H
I love their breakfast sliders and the pretzel bombs. - Guillermo Esteves
Great weekend market full of artisans, food, and antiques. Be sure to ask about the origin of the foods in the farmer's market; not all the vendors use local produce. - Capital Spice
The savory manchego and sweet onion scone is excellent! - Brian Bassett
Everything the fresh cheeses I'm hooked on the smoked cheddar and there is a stand that makes homemade pickles - Dywane Budd
