Their espresso drinks are solid. They also offer a coffee menu full of single-origin coffees , with prices ranging from cheap to more expensive . All coffees I have tried are good, though.
One of the very few spots to grab a good cup of coffee . Espresso or brewed coffee , you can't go wrong here. Simple and to the point with great outdoor seating .
Baristas are awesome! They know what to do! Last time I had an espresso it was little bit watery. I need to try again. Dog friendly !
Espresso drinks are expertly prepared, if you’re into that sort of thing, but I love the care they put into pour-over cups. Simple, ground to order, and painstakingly coaxed into the perfect cup.
May very well be the best cup of coffee in the city . It's a shame its so hard to get a seat with all the "laptop-campers". That's kind of par for the course with a lot of these places - MacBook envy.
On a swing through DC, and stopped here to do some work. V good espresso and despite the vague notion that the gov is watching, a v cool vibe.
The pour over coffees are well worth the wait, and the mochas almond croissants are great too.
Cool coffee shop , just how I know it from Europe. Make sure you walk the extra 2 blocks past the Starbucks to Peregrine. It's worth it!
Vanilla Latte was amazing: beautiful design, delicious coffee ! Haven't found better coffee !
The Lattes both iced and hot have a really unique flavour to them. I recommend them if you like lattes
Coffee is good here. But I think I like that they use Square Wallet here more! Pay without taking out your wallet.. The future is here. Finally.
Greats coffee at the Navy Yard They sell more than kind of coffee and nearest of bakery and brunch store.
Have a pour-over. Don't add milk or sugar, just try it by itself. I have switched to unadulterated coffee because of Peregrine.
World class espresso ; small but a great place to hang out and truly enjoy the coffee .
Croissant aux amandes is to die for, serious and not joking. ????
Really good coffee and baked goods . Get there as early as you can as it gets packed fast.
Best coffee I've had at DC, great for a coffee break while enjoying the weekend eastern market
Born Wicked author Jessica Spotswood loves to write here and recommends the Earl Grey sour cherry scones . Find out more about her book on Facebook. Read more
Best coffee in Washington, DC. Order anything but an espresso (with water chaser) really illustrates their quality and care.
Espresso was good but rather a bit sweeter/fruitier than I wanted. Good kale parmesan scone
Ordered a cafe mocha , looked great, tasted amazing and enjoyed the chill vibe that the place gives off
Espresso lovers with adventurous tastebuds - always try the rotating monthly special drinks. These are often competition quality artisan flavor combinations. They're never bad, often quite good, and a
Love their drinks! Try the espresso !
Perfectly prepared espresso . Grab a croissant to go with it.
Interesting and eclectic music selection: Miles Davis, Royksopp, and Fela Kuti all during one coffee break
It's on 7TH St SE, not on Pennsylvania Ave at all. The Circulator stops on the corner at the Metro stop. This branch is better than the others.
July special Purple Rain sounds good...espresso with coconut ginger miso cream, and a plum slice.
Entrance is on 7th street
Latte is divine????????❤️
Stopped in to wait for a friend to go somewhere else for lunch . The atmosphere, music , and pretty employees enticed me to try a Vanilla iced Americano . Yummmy afternoon treat!
Their vanilla latte is good, but it's not the best I've had. I've got to give it to them for their latte art though!
If you're not in the mood for coffee , go for the hot chocolate , so good.
This is a good soy cappuccino if I may say so myself. I mixed up the design. There was a design.
Their coffee is so good and fair-trade, it doesn’t just caffeinate you: it makes you a better person.
Keep you eyes peeled for the Baugh Baugh - espresso w/ a drop of ginger coconut milk + a chunk of bourbon peach .
Best cappuccino in the district.
Best coffee in DC I usually just go with an americano and thru sell great pastry from buzz bakery in Arlington.
Wifi password: espresso . Great selection of delicious pour overs!
Love their coffee
Really good espresso . Prices reflect that.
Don't mess around in DC, this is a top 5 in the city espresso bar for sure
Coffee is amazing and blah, but oh the chocolate discs... memorable!
Get a latte & admire the art . They have some of the best baristas in the city .
Pretty chill staff and great latte art .
Can anyone find fault with their cappuccino ? I can't. Perfect.
Best coffee in the city ! My favorite is a vanilla skim cappuccino .
Great service, delicious espresso .
Even better for working now that they got a new router. Reliable Internet + awesome lattes = win.
Espresso , cappuccino , plain ol' cup of coffee . You won't regret ordering one of each!
