Butao Ramen

Hands down. Best ramen place in Hong Kong. Red King more miso flavour. Black King more garlic flavour. I tried level 2 spicy and it felt just right. Oh and their marinated egg is soooo gd - must try!

Situated 2 mins. from Times Square, this dedicated store does one of the best Tonkotsu Ramens around (think ‘Ichiran’ from Japan — there’s a reason for this!) • Few other ramen variations available.

Fantastic ramen . We keep coming back here. Small menu with choice of 4 types of ramen that can be completely customized. Be prepared to queue and to share your tiny table with other customers.

Best branch of Butao ramen, green king order with extra onion and egg !!! If you order extra noodle they will change the ramen base if you ask. Causeway branch always has much better broth than central

Red king ramen is amazing and full of flavour. You can tailor your ramen to your tastes with level of spice, garlic and extra toppings as well .

Even though the size of the ramen restaurant is a shoebox, the ramen is very good...probably the best I ever had in HK. Ramens I had in the past left my mouth very dry after finishing the noodle .

The black king is SO good! It's a small and cramped inside so be prepared to share a table with strangers. However the food delivers quality so it's definitely worth it!

Excellent ramen with deep flavored broths. There can be queues here so be prepared to wait if you comr duing peak times.

the noodles or ramen are sooo good so yummy defo worth to queue up and eat

For the first try in this restaurant I would not advice the black set which is in fact Squid ink ramen . The taste is quite strong so be sure you like it before to order.

Ask for a fan if you're queuing under the scorching sun. Ask for hair ties inside the store if you don't wanna get your hair dirty .

Try the red King ramen if you like it spicy !

Green King (pesto and cheese soup base) was quite unique.

One of the better ramen shops I've tried in Hong Kong.... room for 25 people so always a queue. 18 staff take up the remaining space!!!

Really great ramen , but certainly not the best. Soft boiled egg is a must eat!
