Great place. The people are friendly , rooms very clean , pool is great- but you are next to the highway and several blocks from the river walk. The Alamo is closer than the river .
I'm very pleased with the Wi-Fi. It's very stable and for a hotel pretty quick. Slow or hard to connect to Wi-Fi is one of my biggest complaints about many hotels .
Tub drain broken. Someone else's hair on pillows . Fire alarm chirping when AC turned on. Breakfast served in three spread-apart areas. Not enough parking to handle even 1/3 occupancy.
There are 3 stray cats that live out front that love attention
Love the breakfast . But not agreeing with the $15.00 a day parking .

Desastre es poco, me robaron en el hotel y no se hicieron cargo, me negaron el teléfono del gerente! Que se escondió en vez de enfrentar la situación como corresponde y hacerse cargo!

Great place to stay!! Close to the Riverwalk, modern decor, comfy beds and helpful staff. Only problem we had is that our vehicle was blocked in in the over-flow lot. The valet was very apologetic. - Jennifer Fisher
