Salmon provencal, steak au poivre (NY strip steak ) & roasted duck breast - all very, very good ????
Felt like snails, steak au poivre and steak frites so we ordered all of them. Parc did not disappoint. Recommend the tuna carpaccio also. Cocktails are strong here too, the Le Negroni was fantastic.
I had the salmon provençal and I totally loved it - the oranges complement so well the rest of the dish ???????? Try it with a white wine ????
Everything is good here, but especially the salmon tartine ! Even just the bread basket with butter is much better than most American restaurants . Worth the higher prices in my opinion.
Feels very French! There’s a lot of outdoor seating , but indoor gives an authentic French bistro feel. Get the garlic butter escargot , beet and carrot salad , mashed potatoes , and 1/2 roasted chicken .
I've been there for drinks; the food looks great. I should try it sometime for lunch or dinner . Still go for its great atmosphere, especially on a warm spring evening!
I had brunch on a cool fall Sunday morning. The buttermilk pancakes were very fluffy. I had the steak and egg 's, loved that they didn't skimp on the egg 's. Shallots and herb butter on steak ????????????????
Ask for an indoor-outdoor table overlooking the park : you'll get generous views and the pleasant din of the 150 diners behind you without the deafening buzz that is the restaurant 's one true downside. Read more
Duck L’Orange, $36. Outside skin crisped to perfection. Fantastic middle temperature. Refined balance between the savory, and the orange tart-ness !
I came in on Monday Labor Day for brunch and there were a lot of people here already. Walked right in and got seat for 3 with no wait. Would recommend to anyone visiting and would enjoy going back!
Want to be in France without actually being in France? Take a trip to Parc to try the ½ Lb Lobster and Onion Soup Gratinee. Eat while sitting outside overlooking Rittenhouse Square!
Prime Rittenhouse location with a view of the park ! Great brunch/lunch. Try the chicken club or one of the omelets . One of the best bloody Mary's in town . Great for people watching !
Sidecar cocktail , cheese plate & bread basket are heavenly. Outdoor seating facing the park , spacious and elegant inside. Tables are dinner only and first come first served - it's packed on weekends!
The Bitches say: A. Come to Parc for a very Parisian experience, with fantastic ambiance, and predictably delicious French food . You’ll want to stay all day ... Read more
Last weekend, the food, wine , service, ambience all combined to make an elegant dining experience. In particular, the attention of Kelly our Server, and Andrea the Manager were quite exemplary:-))
Take a trip to Parc on a Wednesday so you can try the Lobster Risotto . Fantastic! Save some room for dessert and try the Apple Tarte .
Celebrating its tenth year as one of Philly's most popular (and perfectly placed), Stephen Starr's Rittenhouse Square French bistro is the place to be for brunch on the weekend.
Jeremy is the most amazing waiter ! So happy and helpful and ready to offer any help needed with the menu! The mussels and veal are amazing, not to mention the breads ! Awesome!
Fantastic place. Delicious onion soup , beef tartare and lobster ???? risotto . Familiar and classy atmosphere .
Try the crab galette , pommes puree, warm shrimp salad and the onion gratin . The whole menu is good. The view is incredible and the staff is well trained .
Great atmosphere (if you don't mind a little noise), very professional staff , and delicious French Food . Brunch is excellent and try the frites !
Outdoor French bistro overlooking the square. Delicious avocado toast and latte for the vegan , plant-based.
Desserts are Spectacular! Food is Delicious! Staff are wonderful!
Sit at a table outside , with a glass of wine , the salad lyonnaise, and a side of fries . The view of the park is a close reminder of Paris...
Journey to this Parisian-inspired brasserie right on Rittenhouse Square! Its traditional French bistro classics, like French onion soup and escargots , are delightful along with an expansive wine list .
The food is very good, though not very creative. And go for the outdoor seating if you can. The inside is very pretty, feels kind of lifeless. It's always more fun to watch the park instead.
Try to make a reservation on weekends other wise, you might have to settle for a 1 hour wait. Al fresco dining and indoor dining have their own waiting list, put your name down for both!
Best pommes puree ever! Great menu and great staff . U will b pampered. Try to sit outside on a nice day.
For breakfast , avoid the Eggs Basquaise. Polenta and eggs with spicy saucisson sounded simply scrumptious, but the polenta was surprisingly soupy. Next time I'll return to my favorite: quiche lorraine
Dress fashionably. The French hostess with the severe black bangs notices diners with a bit of European flair—and seats them at prime tables by the windows.
It’s the beautiful atmosphere that makes the $11 cocktails go down easier. And if you ever need a temporary escape, the Parisian bar might be one of the least Philly-feeling places in the entire city .
Love going here for brunch on my trips to Philly. Been here multiple times and never leave dissatisfied! I always get a cappuccino and yogurt parfait - fresh and yummy!
Great lunch ! It’s quite the scene. Cool crowd and the service was great. Would make a special trip to eat here again.
Absolutely delicious, but very heavy, food. Try the quiche with fries . Amazing.
Very nice lunch spot . Must recommend the salmon tartine with a Belgium triple ????
No need to wait for outside seating . Get inside and ask for the tables by the window. Great brunch spot with yummy pastries .
Everything is fabulous! Service is gracious and efficient and the food is delicious!
CREME BRÛLÉ E. But also the crabcake , Mac and cheese and cheese plate . Also the French 75 cocktail if you're a fan of gin .
A place to see and be seen--very large space and decent outdoor seating . Largely solid menu of French brasserie classics.
Ordered lobster frites and it was amazing! Crab salad and fig & honey desserts were delish! Def coming back
When the weather is nice, grab an outside seat overlooking Rittenhouse Square. The Romarin and Basilic cocktails are must-haves, as are the pommes frites .
Today, this place is perfect. A light. Delicious lunch with an old friend and a carafe of merlot on a perfect sunny first day of summer. I look around and pretend I am in France.
Looking for the best baguette in the city ? You can get them here for $3. Just ask for one at the host stand. Baked fresh daily.
Had an amazing brunch here! Great view of Rittenhouse Square Park ! The service here is great. Don't forget to make a reservation !!
To begin, the bread is awesome! The Mushroom Tart is exquisite, and desserts are truly amazing!????
Bread basket looks too healthy to be good but try the cranberries and walnuts one. Country chicken club comes between two buttery pieces of toast . Risk leaving here feeling like a beached whale.
This, along with the other restaurants on the street, has a great view of Rittenhouse Square, especially from the patio filled with tables for two.
Great food, great atmosphere. I have been here a number of times. I dont honestly recall what I ate, but I have never been unhappy.
The egg white omelette feels like eating a heavenly cloud, don't forget the rich butter in the bread basket , top it off with a Bellini !
Delicious delicious delicious food. I enjoyed the deviled eggs and the chicken club sandwich
The Brioche bread pudding is outstanding, you won't regret ordering it - J. W.
Getting a reservation is tricky, but it's worth it for Nick Elmi's elegant, French-inspired food. - Serious Eats
Nice park to go to and read a book. In the summer they also have farmers markets! - Stephanie Smith
By far the best espresso drinks in town. The crowd is a bit rarefied, but the quality of the drinks and surprisingly low prices more than make up for it. - Jennifer Steinberg
Such a lovely, comfy vibe between the fireplace and unique decor, friendly servers and delightful food. Bread basket ftw! - Katrina Arey (Croswell)
