Escondido Falls

if u like to walk and enjoy the nature u will like this place ,but if u like adventurers thn don't stop at the first water fall keep going up , u will b amazed . it's not easy but it's worth it . ❤️👍

I think the walk leading up to the trail is harder than the actual trail itself! Its absolutely beautiful though. If you're trying to climb up to the other waterfalls , make sure you wear proper shoes !

This hiking trail is a nice getaway from the city . There is a waterfall however sometimes it will be dry so do not expect a large one. Certain areas of the hike have beautiful greenery ! Take it in!

Climbing to the top of the falls is totally worth it. Bring a friend to help you along as it can be difficult. Stay safe!

Be prepared to climb and get dirty ! I finished the hike looking like I wrestled a bear . Wear proper shoes or YOU WILL SLIP ON THE ROCKS GOING DOWNHILL. Saw a couple of young kids nearly fall. Scary.

Be very careful when you use the rope to climb into the waterfall !

Make it to the second waterfall because the first one is just a walk in the park to get there

Don't stop at the end of the trail - on the right side there is an opening where you can keep trekking to the top. Keep going up and you'll find the base of the waterfall which is beautiful.

Park at the PCH and Winding Way. Hiking to the lower falls is easy. The upper falls is offers a view that's 10x more beautiful, but be prepared to earn it. You're in for some steep rock climbing .

This trail was ok but nothing special. The only parking I saw was for $12. For that price and experience I would highly recommend Malibu Creek State Park instead - cheaper for 10x better hike

Beautiful, lush, secluded, and way too crowded on the weekends. Be prepared to do some amateur climbing and scaling and roping.

U need to climb under the waterfall . Also, there are two waterfalls ....first one sucks.

We found two out of the three waterfalls ! We'll be back for the next one.
