Been trying to catch this truck for a while. Finally met up with it and expectations were high. Got the bulgogi rice bowl . Best advice would be korilla sauce and all 3 kimchis on one plate. Eat this
Pronounced “korea,” as in “tortilla ”, this was the first Korean taco truck on the NYC food scene. Choose spicy pork , rib eye or chicken , & fill with toppings. Bacon kimchi fried rice is THE side dish!
The best of Korean food and cheap as well ! Like most good food trucks the lines can get pretty long at lunch time, but at least there’s music to keep you entertained while waiting!
Chosun bowl w/bulgogi + BKFR + kimchi/veggies (no cheese/salsa), with killa + korilla sauce . Get an extra side of BKFR, makes a perfect meal for 2, or perfect next 2 meals.
bulgogi burrito with kimchi & fried rice is so good (their korilla sauce is so yummy!) spicy pork taco is also very tasty :D
First time waiting in the epic line for it. Well worth the wait! I got the beef and fried rice bowl with everything. Delicious and a lot of food for $9
Got the bulgolgi burrito with bacon kimchi fried rice , cheese , kimchi , salsa , and korilla sauce . One of the best meals ever!
I had the rib eye rice bowl with bacon kimchi fried rice Monterrey Jack cukes and Korean BBQ sauce , so good!
The tacos are under-portioned for $7 and the tortillas fall apart instantly because they aren't toasted long enough. However, all the different Chosun bowls are satisfying and you get your $'s worth.
It's always beautiful, until I get close to the end of my burrito and it all falls apart . Then it's kind of messy, but still delicious.
Korilla BBQ will be rollin' to the Village Voice's Choice Streets food truck tasting event on 4/24 at Pier 86 / The Intrepid! More info here: http://ow.ly/9M1oK
Get bacon-flavored fried rice on any order, cheese , and salsa - well worth it. Superbowls are the best things to order if you can't decide - it's got the works!
The taco makes a really good snack . I am interested in trying their other items on their menu and hopefully next time I'll get to try their bulgogi taco .
Definitely order the beef burrito with bacon kimchi fried rice , cheese , salsa , kimchi , and korilla sauce !!
The I'm Feeling Lucky chosun bowl is a gift to vegetarians . The homemadetofu combined with kimichi and vegetables that make up this creative dish.
Choose base, protein, sauce, veggies and voila! You have your "custom" made deliciousness!
When we're craving Kogi in NYC, we head to Korilla BBQ. These boys make a mean bulgogi burrito and are always bumping the hottest #HAUS beats.
Go with the bulgogi chosun bowl and the korilla sauce ! You won't be disappointed!
If you can't decide what to get, just ask them to make their favorite or pick randomly. Every combination is delicious.
Order this and you won't be upset: ribeye burrito w/bacon kimchi fried rice , cheese+salsa, red+slaw kimchi and Killa/Korilla sauce
Get the bulgogi bowl (ribeye of the tiger)!
Featured on the Great Food Truck Race, there food doesnt disappoint! Follow them on twitter to find their current times and locations!
Hands down the bet food truck . Make sure you get the kimchi fried rice and k'illa hot sauce .
Don't make rookie mistakes like I did my first time. Get extra meat. That bulgogi is crazy good.
When you order anything on the menu with their Bacon and Kimchi Fried Rice , you can gloat to your friends/co-workers and say, "My lunch is officially better than yours!"
Any meat with the chosun rice bowl and Korilla sauce is awesome
Long lines a bummer but these guys do move quickly; really best korean bbq truck in city , a worthy stop. Korilla sauce is yum yum....
Wish there was more meat and less rice but that spicy pork though ????????
Create your custom bowls and get everything on it! Love the shrooms and the ribeye ! Smokey mayo is perfecttt
Pretty good tacos . A little bit on the milder side. Kimchi is pretty tasty.
Get the bulgogi kimchi tacos with korilla sauce . You won't be disappointed
Awesome. What a good idea! Bacon Kochi fried rice is incredible.
Korilla sauce is spot on, but not enough kimchi in kimchi fried rice .
Tacos are the best, and really bring out the flavor or the meat and kimchee . Bacon and kimchee fried rice is sorta underwhelming despite the name.
can't beat a chosun bowl + any of the meats. the killa sauce is spicy , but great flavor. bacon fried rice not worth the extra $
Their K'illa and Korean BBQ sauces are awesome
Get the bulgogi chosun bowl + korilla sauce . (Not so) secretly crush on the cute Korilla boys.
chicken , bacon kimchi fried rice , slaw , and any of their sauces. must try.
There's always a long line when this truck is at 55th & Lex. Order online in advance and skip the line .
Double meat for a dollar more. There's no reason not to. Also, fried rice FTW.
Try the pork belly tacos...soo good! Make sure to follow them on twitter to find out where they will be next! Read more
The kimchi starts office wars and also puts smiles on Carrots ' faces.
Veggie friendly ! They removed fish oil from all of their sauces and kimchis !!
its average korean food . not bad for a truck , but not amazing either. mushroom side was the best thing i had.
the chosun bowl is SO MUCH MORE FOOD than the burrito or tacos .
Wish the meat portions were bigger. The fried rice is pretty good. Always get the "spicy " Korean sauce!
Build your own creation and you will definitely be satisfied!
Ribeye bulgogi rice bowl + as many sauces & veggies as you want + really nice dudes working the truck = SCORE
The Korilla food truck only accepts cash.
Get their K'illa Sauce on your order...it has the right amount of spice!
