Feels like a home-cooked meal, and the staff is so kind! The seafood pancake is a great option, and I like the dol sot bi bim bap vegetarian .
My current favorite in KoNo. Home style cooking that's delicious and not overspiced. The dol sat bibimbap is classic and absolutely packed -- I rarely finish the whole thing.
Great traditional gomtong! Try the oxtail or beef if you are new. Customize your soup with the different spices and green onion on the side. Might as well have an order of seafood pancake !
Cozy mom-pop korean spot specializing in stews . My go-to for a hangover cure (haejangguk) & seafood pancake . Make sure to ask for blood in your stew & purple rice !
New favorite neighborhood Korean restaurant . The seafood pancake is the best here!! I also love the ox knee soup .
delicious, authentic food all across the board. the bone broth soups were fantastic.
Soups are so tasty! Side dishes are limited. They offer spicy cucumbers , kimchi and pickled radish
Try the bibim naengmyeon , coated in a crimson sweet-and-spicy chili paste and topped with strips of zucchini and beef
The gom tang is the best I’ve had in the Bay Area!
A wide variety of cuts for gom tang! Ox tail is a good first choice!
For those who can't read Korean: there are signs that say they don't serve cold noodles in the winter months. If your heart is set on it, come back in May
Summertime means Naeng Myun (only available after May and after Noon $9.95). They don't offer any ban chan except kimchi but its pretty good. Decor/atmosphere is lacking but overall a good value .
It used to be better. I loved Kimchee Beansprout soup but either the owner or chef must have changed and it tastes like instant noodle soup now. Other dishes didn't seemed to have changed tho.
Dumplings go well with their super fast wifi .
The stewed bone stew is the dish to get!
Bibim Naengmyeon is on the list of 21 best noodle bowls by San Francisco Magazine
Good naengmyeon - authentic Korean cooking
Definitely get the 섞어 곰탕 (mixed)
Super authentic !
Soup , not BBQ is the soul of Korean food . They do it here right.
Very delicious
Stir fried sausage is epic!
Their kimchi (side dish) are really authentic !

Amazing soondubu, and passion fruit soju. You can get banchan refills! This is a great spot to hang with friends and catch up over hot soup and seafood pancakes. - Brook Shelley
Good place. Nice atmosphere. Korean BBQ. All you can eat for $20. Or good lunch specials under $10. - Laura L
Food is good, servers are nice. Drink specials are great! Popular, but worth the wait! - Ilissa Gilmore
The best resource for the obscure Korean ingredients I need to cook my way through the Momofuku cookbook. Also a fantastic place to hook-up quality CHEAP dried mushrooms! - Brian Strauss
The saddleback brownie is heaven on Earth. The Fenton's Special is a good second choice as well. - Jaemie Paraon
