Probably the best Korean I've had in my life. The all you can eat Korean BBQ option is really huge - we were not able to finish it. The seafood pancake and starters are too die for.
Our must-order here is the dak galbi , a cook-it-yourself stir fry of boneless chicken , spicy-sweet pepper sauce , cabbage , and unctuous, chewy rice cakes . But that's just one dish on a 100+ item menu. Read more
Great for group meals if you can get a reservation in! There's a form online you can fill out and it's easy to get a hold of them on the phone otherwise for same day reservations .
My go to spot for Korean BBQ in Oakland. Get the all you can eat if you're hungry. Pork belly and beef are my favorites.
The kind of Korean place where they bring in 16 different delicious side plates without you even asking for them.
The meat here is super delicious, and the service is great too. The soups were the star, though! They were both absolutely delicious.
Skip breakfast , lunch , then come for all-you-can eat. Start with all of pork belly , kalbi (beef ) and chicken , then get more of your favorites. If you MUST get something else, try the seafood pancake !
Lots of great options for Korean food in Oakland , but Jonga Ga has the best banchan so I always end up here.
There's a dizzying array of banchan here — 16 types! and a $22.99 all-you-can-eat situation that has better-than-average meat quality. Read more
The all you can eat BBQ comes with a cold noodle soup to start and another soup of your choice, along with a dazzling array of side dishes. All for $23!
Marinated short rib , vegetables , fried egg and rice in a hot stone pot! Comes with a lot of banchan . Be on the lookout for the sweet crispy potato !
Gets packed so be sure to put your name down. Most dishes are good but the braised beef dish is not worth the price. It's mostly bone and carrots .
Incredible! Not just A, but THE Korean place in East Bay .
Best Korean restaurant in Oakland! Really recommend the bibim naengmyun. Lotta side dishes here
If you're bringing a group, get a reservation ! Then make sure to order the beef sirloin when you do all you can eat KBBQ!
They have amazing dinner deals like the unlimited meat for $25 at the burners. Amazing and I will update more when I go for dinner again.
This place is often slammed at dinner . It's very accessible for lunch and their set menu are a great value .
Your food will come with a huge array of small plates .
The Dol Sot Bi Bim Bap (#64) is my favorite healthy lunch in the area.
SO much food for an unbelievably reasonable price! We've never had a single dish we didn't like. The food is incredibly flavorful!
Great food, somewhat slow/absent service. Seafood stone bowl bibimbap ftw.
Cheap and delicious - a deadly combo for the Korean food craving.
Good place. Nice atmosphere. Korean BBQ . All you can eat for $20. Or good lunch specials under $10.
One of the most vegetable rich lunches around. I love their Bi Bim Bop .
Amazing array of kim chee ; it turns out I liked far more than I thought I did.
Banchan galore!!! Order one of their many delicious tofu soups .
The Kimchi Pancake was delocious and also the Mushroom Dol Sot
I'm Korean, and have eaten a lot of Korean food , so trust me when I say this is not a great spot. Bulgolgi and galbi were pretty meh. The spicy pork and chicken were...different. Kinda disappointed :(
AYCE KBBQ ($25 pp) also open weekends!
The best korean restaurant in town
get the AYCE ! well priced and worth it
Get the Bulgogi Beef !
Beef and kimchi pancake ruined me for all other food ever. So good
You will smell like smoked BBQ from head to toe when you get out. I promise you
Make a reservation , they get busy at dinner time!
best Korean food in Oakland and maybe between all of sf/east bay . the bi bim bap is bi bim bomb!
The kimchee pancake here is ????????
Had buffet here, it is 1 of the worst korean bbq we ever had. The pork , the beef , etc were not good. Regret to have dinner here ☹️
Ban chan count - 18! Decent BBQ . Get a large Hite to wash down that MSG
Spoon hygiene is very important here, apparently.

Amazing soondubu, and passion fruit soju. You can get banchan refills! This is a great spot to hang with friends and catch up over hot soup and seafood pancakes. - Brook Shelley
