Long wait for walk-ins. A bit disorganized, not enough staff to work the front area. No signs explaining where to go what to do for what services. Waited in line just to be told to sign in at an ipad.

Dont have appt? DON'T wait in line . Go right to the ipads on the right, sign in for a fitting room and wait to be texted. Browse dresses while you wait. Wait can sometimes be an hour.

Pick up and drop off here if your lobby package situation is sketchy ????

Such a disappointment for a Flagship Store. Got a text message and was told to meet associate by the fitting rooms . No one was around to assist. Options are also very limited and sizing was sparse.

I come here every year for this one event I have and they're always so wonderful and helpful.

Get a VIP stylist appointment for a fitting complete with champagne ????

This place stresses me out. It’s too small for all the people that are crammed in at the front. My friend tried to pick up her order & they told her it wasn’t being delivered. Customer service lacking

not as fancy as i imagined - dresses in pretty bad shape

I saw quite a few low ratings for this place. You can trust them. Stick to the online store.
