A solid older hotel in good condition. Very good breakfast . Good friendly service .
Free WiFi , great breakfast and the room service meals were good too. Clean tidy and convenient.
good news: big room with FOUR windows. BAD News: jackhammer directly outside (I asked for a quiet room) GOOD news: moved. BAD news: room only has 2 windows. GOOD news: who cares, quiet now. *snores*
No major complaints, but when the cleaners "cleaned " the room they did the dodgiest job of making the bed (photo uploaded) and neglected to take the empty glasses, bottle and ice bucket.

Plugs are too close to ground - ask for an extension cable & they'll bring one to you, eventually.

First impression in lobby was good but down hill from there... Reception staff need "work" however I had a good experience with one guy who went out of his way to fix a mistake made by someone else
It's the little things like poor television reception, paper thin walls, dated cocktails , a room looking into a light-well & the concierge expecting you to walk to the cab, that let this place down.

Friendly staff seem to try hard, but the rooms are filthy with stains on the walls and floors.
A queen and single bed in a room is meant for 3 people. Common sense tells you so unless single bed is the rollaway bed. They still "charge" hidden cost into that room. Dodgy service in this hotel .
Extremely bad in terms of knowledge by the staff . There are hidden cost that they don't reveal until damage has been done.
Disappointed... No free wifi . Poor front-desk service.

Friendly chk in staff. Rooms reasonably large and has big comfy beds. Toilets clean and spacious. Less than 10mins walk to shopping street and China town. - Gerald S
