If you're coming to London, check this place out. A great example of industrial architecture . There seems to be a lot of plans for this place. It'll be soon be a cultural powerhouse.
Theo is driven to the Ministry of Arts at Battersea Power station in Children of Men (2006) although the bridge he crosses is the Longcross Studios access bridge superimposed.
A Grade II-listed Art Deco masterpiece, and Europe's largest brick building , Battersea Power Station is a London icon . Read more
A historic London landmark that will sadly be turned into a luxury enclave for super rich investors who has zero interest in London except to speculate on people's home. This makes me sad.
Such an impressive building turned into an extraordinary social hub! A must see in London and if you have time, you should see the history of it in the foyer. Stalls and open air cinema in the summer.
Phone signal, inside this massive brick building is poor. The “free” Wi-Fi available requires a load of personal details, plus compulsory sign up to their newsletter. Some shops offer their own Wi-Fi
Epic renovation of a power station. Great for shopping, eating and dining. Will be back to try out the sky viewing platform when it opens
Opened to the public for the last viewing ahead of its transformational development, one hopes the remarkable structural feats that hold this landmark feature in its final new life in ten years time.
Great to go for a walk about and see the new building works, restaurants and bars popping up each week!
The inside is very well laid out with maps on each floor so you know where you are, as I think it would be quite confusing for people on a first visit. The best part for me was lift 109.
An explosion was filmed here in the movie "The Dark Knight", which alarmed local residents who assumed a terrorist attack had occurred at the defunct station.
Europe’s largest brick building was given classical flair by architect Sir Giles Gilbert Scott. The station went off-line in 1983. In 2010 plans were approved for redevelopment into offices and homes.
Phase One is finished (Nov 2017), some eateries and Bars . Nice but a bit pricey Grocery store .
Great place to eat, drink, shop and explore
The view of the old power station is amazing
Go for admiring the architecture but not for shopping or dining. You can do latter elsewhere better and at better value. Many of the shop spaces are still empty.
Outside great. Inside they had two giant turbine halls to work with and managed to make an old boring mall .
Unbelievable piece of building, future is bright for this area
Amazing venue - an architectural landmark .
Nice new mall . 7/10
Going to be a great project when finished
Great food restaurants
Big historical building reconverted as a mall . As a mall is meh but as a venue is impressive.
Amazing 109 lift adventure
Cool new destination arena
Check out the Club Lounge
Incredible architecture
Nice view at night, when the lights are on.

Fast and Furious had a scene filmed here.
Not so easy to get into.
Doesn't look as big up close as it does from the train !
The last batman film (with the Joaker) was filmed here. It was where 2 face got made.

Pigs on the wind!!!
Best place in the world. Period. But you can't go in. Which isn't very nice.
classical bulding with nice view
A travesty of town planning. An once beautiful building surrounded by "luxury living". Incomprehensible, inexcusable.
Good wall for projections!
Empowering
Watch out for live wires.
