Perfect venue for any size meetings from 5-200 people with awesome valet parking , perfect spaces, delicious food and great high-tech AV! Love it! Rooms and Trees Restaurant are great too!

Very friendly staff , that followup to ensure your request is fulfilled. The 2 Qn1 bdrm room is very nice. If military park in the Hale Koa garage , it is much cheaper and only a short walk.

If you don't want them to clean your room, you can earn $10 day for 3 days in a row to use at the hotel restaurant for dinner , and you can combine the reward.

One of the few remaining hotels in Waikiki that has smoking rooms. Recently renovated rooms . Close enuf to everything without being in the middle of the madness.

Hotel room showers are on the nicer side, however, at the current moment there is no spa (jacuzzi ) in the pool area . I think guests deserve extra cookies to make up for that loss.

Really good fitness center with 3 treadmills and 2 ellipticals that looks out on the pool. One quip: no free wifi :(

If you have a pet coming to the islands this is the hotel for you. Very pet friendly

$10/day for internet that does not connect. When it does, it drops out very often (3x in 20 mins). Useless when working from your room.

Really nice hot water pressure which is important to me. Extremely slow Internet in the lobby and only PAID Internet access in the room. Slow Internet at Hilton seems to be a theme.

Signs in the room now say it's a non-smoking hotel .

Close to Waikiki without all the craziness.
