Love this hotel . Have stayed many times but Christmas Eve was made extra special due to the attentive staff on duty. Woke up to a stocking outside our door on Christmas morning. Love the bar area
Such a gorgeous hotel ! I love all the exposed brick and wooden beams! beautiful! You get what you pay for. Only thing I would say is the bathrooms are not matching quality as the rest of the room

Relatively unique rustic feel rooms with exposed brickwork and lots of wood. No in-room tea /coffee . Location not as convenient as some Manchester hotels but good breakfast , better than average.
Near downtown Manchester is close to Spinningfields, Manchester United F.C., and Museum of Science and Industry. Comfort, unique & friendly staff .
Love the dressing gowns and slippers, great toiletries too
If you're over six feet tall make sure they don't give you the low ceiling "hobbit size" rooms

Double check the room as been cleaned as I'm pretty sure ours wasn't. Breakfast to the room is never on time either.
So called 4 star hotel .. Yet they charge you for Internet.
Eat out. The food is a disgrace.
Don't bothered order room service after 10pm... They don't answer. Though based on other tips Dominoes might not be a bad option anyway.
