Fitness First Black Label Club

Yup-shitty change in towel policy. One major reason i joined this club was for the towels. I am oaying a premium so i don't need to bring my own. If you want to go to the sauna , no extra towel!

Whow. Finally,the club will undergo reconstruction. It was about time. Let's hope that there will be more than just some fresh paint here and there, but a long overdue complete overhaul.

Increasingly upset with my gym . Now i have to literally beg for the somewhat plusher newer large towel when i visit. Reception has literally gotten rude about giving one to me. Why am i paying 80 E?

Not premium at all:way too many members making this tiny club jam-packed.Locker rooms and sauna area smelly and not tidy. Staff very unattentive as always busy typing texts into their iPhones

The new management works:Staff now with service attitude,extremely nice+ helpful.Still the club urgently needs a complete overhaul, not only cosmetic touches. E.g., the showers are filled with mold

Today is not the first day that there are absolutely _no_ towels available... :(

not at all a club that justifies to branded "Black Label" : tiny, outdated, overrated, overheated, smelly, understaffed and overcrowded.

Handtuchservice in letzter Zeit nur noch eingeschränkt: max. 1 kleines und 1 großes Handtuch. Das Kleine für den Schweiß + das Große für die Sauna - bleibt keins über zum abtrocknen. Super Service! :(

Ab Mitte November nur noch zwei Handtücher (1x klein + 1x groß) /// starting mid November only two towels provided (1 small, 1 big)

War zum Probetraining dort, sehr schlecht geführt, man bekommt kaum noch was für sein Geld und die Trainer geben einem das Gefühl als wenn man stören würde wenn man mal was nachfragt!
