The Omni in Downtown Austin is a 5star experience. The attention to details in their suites is a homerun. Service is remarkable and the rooftop swimming pool just adds to the awesomeness of this hotel

Won a free night stay at this hotel . Even with a free room, we were given a great room with a view of the city . The room was very comfortable and it was easy to visit locations in downtown Austin...

The breakfast bar at hotel restaurant features more high end healthy food than I usually see in chains. Good cereals, goat cheese , great bread . Good value and good food.

Normally Omni hotels are nice but this is older and in need of a refresh. Also, the only hotel in downtown (I’ve stayed in a number) that claims “cricket season”.And I did end up having one in my room

Can rent bicycle to use around Austin on 8th & San Jacinto just outside this hotel and drop off at any bicycle point.

The 200 foot glass atrium & glass elevators that made it the perfect location to film the opening scene of Spy Kids . Melanie Griffith stood & watched as Antonio Banderas rode up & down the elevators .

Excellent service from everyone. They treat you like royalty each and every day. I have never found better service than I found here. Warm, friendly and helpful.

Great concierge services! They are fabulous here. Ask them for water and the brought me four complimentary chilled Acqua Panna bottles.

The atrium and building are classic 1980s architecture . The room interiors are okay, a bit dated. Feel like they're from the 2000s and need some updates. Overall, okay.

Get a drink ticket before standing in line to get a drink >_< and remember to bring your business cards >_< !!!

Get to the pool early on busy weekends. It gets full fast, but has great views !

The kitchen side cabinets are great for when you drunkenly can't make it to the restroom . LOVE the bottle service .

Unlike Jason A, I think the "no unregistered guests in room after 22:30" policy is an EXCELLENT one. Fed up of inconsiderate guests keeping me awake. At 3am, hotel is for sleeping NOT partying!

The coffee sold in the lobby kiosk tastes like they used the gross liquid at the bottom of a garbage barrel instead of water. Then made it really bitter.

Don't get a room by the street on a weekend. Lack of double glazing means you feel like you are at the club instead of in your room. They should have invested in some sound proofing.

Awesome staff . Concierge are super helpful. Most definitely stay here again.

There are 16 floors of offices in this building, but they are accessed by a seperate set of elevators ...look for the 6 elevators in a triangle shape.
