I love staying at this Hotel . Yes the restaurant and bar cost some $$ but the whole experience is fantastic. I like the elevators , I never waited more than a couple of mins to get to around.

Totally enjoyed my stay here. Be sure to let them know if you have anything major you're celebrating, they'll do something nice for you.

I love my room and had a great experience. If you are a runner, concierge upon request can give you a small pocket map with running routes from hotel . Bring sneakers ! Large fitness room with pool.

Nice hotel beautiful views no matter where you are the upgraded rooms offer an awesome view of Navy Pier as well as the river leading out to Lake Michigan. The staff was super!

Sign up for the Swissotel membership to get free wifi ! Elevators took some getting used to. Lovely beds. And views ! Will come back!

Concierge is the best! Had an amazing dinner recommendation (Vermilion) and when our meal was over the waiter brought out surprise deserts .....compliments of the concierge !

Great rooms and the best bed ever. They do however nickel and dime you to death. It cost 16$ to use the pool each day. The mini bar was really expensive . All amenities should be included in the price.

Room 2603 has an amazing view of the pier . At night kickback with your favorite drink and enjoy the beauty of the lights and the lake in the background.

Check out the underground pedway connected to the hotel . Great for when it's too cold to venture out. Lots of restaurants - my fave is Hannah's Bretzel. Excellent breakfast and lunch ! Affordable too.

They have great views . They're beds are the most comfortable I've ever slept in. We had a great stay! Would definitely stay here again :)

Swissotel: where Continental Breakfast costs $27 & they invite you to purchase single cup coffee pods in the store if your room happens to need more than just 2 Keurig cups of coffee . Nickel & diming.

Best, most comfortable , clean and lovely hotel beds of anywhere I've ever stayed. Even the lesser view is still lovely. New elevator system takes some getting used to.

Love the view , the bed, the Keurig and the elevators ! Added bonus, berry water in the lobby! Enjoyed my stay here- try it out!

Second that, elevator system . Service elevators smart too. Call for elevator by telling it what floor you go to. It tells you which door to go to, and then takes you there, without button pressing.

Great views of lake , Navy Pier , and Chicago River . Friendly front desk. Rooms could be updated with technology

Great views of Chicago! Use the 'Hotel Tonight' app to get a better rate than what is offered on the hotel website.

Here's a tip: don't reinvent something that already works perfectly well such as he elevator !! It really fails when large groups of people are cramming in and not everyone pushed their number

Attended a conference here and it was a nice event space . Food was good too

A B-rate hotel . The lobby is nice and elevators fancy , but the rooms leave much to be desired. They photograph well , but there were floor stains and the furniture was beat up. Check-in was slow too.

What a difference a year makes (see May 23, 2010 below). Room was ready early and was upgraded to corner suite. Mgr sent up a tray of wine , cheese and fruit . So far it is remarkably positive.

If you ever need something during your vacation, there's a 24-hour grab and go gift shop where you can buy your supplies.

Best view in the city from the 22nd floor.

There is a small little shop at the lobby selling beverages and other snacks .

Love the elevator system ! The fitness center is one of the best I have seen in a hotel !

Room service : order the roast beef sandwich & salad . (Even better if Hector delivers . Great guy!)

Make sure you work out how to (a) use the tv 's in the rooms and (b) turn the tv alarm OFF from previous occupants. Or that shit will wake you up at some ungodly hour!

The unique triangular design means virtually every room has a killer view of the river , the lake or the skyline.

Comfortable beds , panoramic views , great location, impeccable service . They nickel and dime you for extras, but you get what you pay for.

Year round pool and jacuzzi on 42nd floor . Jump in and enjoy! Womens locker room for 24 hour workouts. Even bathrooms have a scenic view .

The 42nd floor is a fitness center . You can get manis, pedis , facials and massages ! My massage was excelllent, cant recommend it enough.

Massage available on the 42nd floor by the health club male and female therapists . They also do in room massage .

Take advantage of the free, infused water in the lobby.

I didn’t actually stay here, I was just here for a conference . But the location isn’t as good as some of the other hotels in the area.

Tea lovers rejoice! They include tea k-cups with in-room Keurig . Hooray!

Nice room, but cleaning were sometimes forgotten.

The elevator system here is the best I've ever seen at a hotel . Rooms are decent; the view from the 43rd floor is amazing.

I world rather stay at a Best Western Premier next time I'm in town .
