West Princes Street Gardens

One of my favorite parks in the world. If you are lucky enough to have nice weather, take 20 minutes to lay on the grass and marvel at the beauty of this city .

Beautiful gardens on the side of the Edinburgh Castle . Great for a stroll, a nap, or a picnic . Beautiful and peaceful area in the middle of the city .

İf you like walking please try a good uphill walk and enjoy the best view of the city from the top!

Pack a picnic and spend some time in these beautiful gardens or sit on one of the many benches and watch the world go by.

Went there since a kid for picnics to feed the squirrels and see the coo coo clock

Skip the soggy £2.10 Cornetto at the stall and take a quick walk up to Thorntons on Princes Street to get two delicious scoops of icecream for £2.50! Best eaten in the Gardens , of course.

Park is nice mainly because of all the monuments .

Run acros to M&S for a few tinnies and some sarnies , and you can have a picnic for those rare occasions when the rain stops.
