Toro , truffle tuna and seared belly salmon nigiri were fresh and delicious. The crunchy crab and the spicy scallop rolls were very good too.

Michelle Wiles

Incredible sushi . Ask your waitress for recs. Spicy scallop is indeed spicy . Chilean sea bass (small plate ) is a secret winner.

Youssof Mal

Fish is incredibly fresh, and the chef does an excellent job of matching flavors. Make sure to tell your chef when to stop if you choose the omekase.

Ayse Sumer

Best sushi and Chinese food in town run by the young couple with great service - Ercan and his wife are great cooks and proprietors - a must stop in Antalya

Behrad Eats

Everything here is delicious, especially the Ebi (shrimp ), Hawaiian Walu and Japanese Tai Snapper with kinome.

Julialouisegraves Graves

Agedashi tofu , shrimp tempura roll , grilled avocado with lobster and wasabi mayo .

Leandro Lagera

First ever place I tried an omakase . Using things like olives and foie was so different to me. Will always be grateful

Aida

My favorite sushi here: shrimp & yuzu tapioca , sweet scallop & apple-lemon sauce, salmon & creme fraîche !

Raffy Tesoro

Seaweed salad is pretty good. Had the tempura bento box ... It was pretty fulfilling. Nice and light.

Mohan Berg

While the sushi is the obvious choice don't be afraid to try the other stuff! The noodle soups are quite good too!

Emily Jenkins

awesome sushi , well priced. Doesn't look like much from the front but lovely interior and very classy

Andrei Grebennikov

Not easy to find but amazing very tasty place. Don't forget to ask about desserts menu ;)

Braised short ribs are a quiet comfort. Also get the silken sable fish garnished with what your eyes tell you are peeled grapes but your taste buds might identify as gingko nuts . Read more

The tuna and the eel sushi were both very good. Their vegetable rolls were yummy too!

I love Kaz. Service is great, food is delicious. This is the only place I eat sushi in DC anymore.

Ailene Young

Kaz offers the best sushi in D.C. It is always fresh and there is always a great variety. Well recommended!

Karen

Try some of Kaz' specials. They are amazing, fresh and very creative. I love the seared sea scallop with sea salt !

Amy Valent

Very decorated sushi and the sushi rolls fall apart easily before even picking it up. Tempera batter is thick. Ask what their freshest fish is before you order.

Sara Fondren

Every time we visit DC, we make sure we come to Kaz. The sushi is delicious and the service is excellent.

Juliana Cowell

This place has some of the best sushi - without any snobbery - its what I love about the place. Keep it up!

Kerry Bair

I enjoyed the banana fritters and ice cream . Perhaps to have that on the menu? Loved the food.

Best sushi in town and nan , maybe in the country ????

Dina Kerley

If you do not get here before 11:30 a.m., then it can be very difficult to get a table. Your best bet would be to make a reservation first. Good sushi - no surprise why they are always busy.

Gemma Lenowitz

Do not miss the scallop with prosciutto and creme fraiche ! Overall well balanced flavors at affordable price point
