A free shuttle provides transportation between the Biodôme, Insectarium, Botanical Garden , Olympic Park , & Viau Métro station . You won’t believe what you can see in just one day! -- Green Guide Editor
Get your tickets in advance (web) if you want to avoid lines . You should pay attention to your surroundings because animals roam free (birds and others) don't miss the beavers and otters!
The Biodome has a family room where you can nurse or prepare your formula
Absolutely worth to visit. Penguins are must see ????❤️
Fun photography spot and fairly deserted . Come at sunset
For me the best of Biodome were the penguins . I attached the link with a photo of Biodome!! Discover Plaza Science, the social networ for people who likes science and photography Read more
I liked the separation of the zones depending on the climate. It's less magnificent than some of the European zoos .
All these tips are right... the penguins are the best. They like to play and they're aware you're watching them.
it was really really cool! the ice walls were epic and I really liked the raccoons
When it's cold outside, the tropical area is a great place to be. Play find the sloths ... There are allegedly 5.
Fantastic attraction ! Definitely worth the price of admission. The otter and penguins were awesome!
The puffins and penguins are my personal favorites!
This was the most depressing zoo I've ever seen. The Canadian lux walk up and down like it has lost its mind. Many terrains were very crowded-especially the penguins .Skip it.Montreal has more to offer.
Make sure to go to the taxidermy area of the place close to the lockers. A nice way to end your day.
Come for whatever, stay for the penguins . Unbelievably energetic. Watch them leap out of the water and land on both feet.
Very interesting attempts to recreate the animals natural environments.
Excellent place for kids meet animals and different environments
The lynx is so cute , as well as the sloth . I made penguin friends, too :)
Went on a rainy Saturday . That was a mistake. The line wrapped the entire area and we never saw the end of it. Kids crying and running around. Ended up turning around after that

Don't forget to check the stuffed animals exhibition downstair under the cafeteria in the main lounge .
Wow, I was sort of disappointed. It was a little depressing. Some animals have better "homes" than others. Can't imagine it's nice to have cameras flashing at you all day.
Very cool little "zoo " that tries to blend habitats together. Try to go slow and on less busy days to see more animals
This place is worth a visit. Loved the penguins !
Ok. It's an indoor zoo . The guidebooks hype it up. If you're visiting Montreal...honestly...you can skip this unless you are having a major "I must see some animals" craving.
Great show Symphony of life. The animals were awesome
Definitely worth the trip and they offer student prices with valid ID!

Skip the long lines but purchasing your tickets online ahead of time
Bring a lunch mini-cooler place it in the locker cause the cost for the food there is not worth it. For the price of a family of 5 (about $10) a person it's best to wait and head over to a restaurant .
Take your time and be patient so you'll get to see all the animals!
Be patient to find and see all animals posible. 2 hours visit could be enought.
Buy your tickets online otherwise you will wait in a long line
Soooooo many fun animals see!!!!
SO FUN. SO MUCH WILDLIFE
Best of Montreal
Family pass is well worth the $ — used it 1/2 dozen time this year on rainy days.
If you have a looney, fit everything inside a locker for the day.
best place to explore animals in forests like tropicalthe
Careful not to get pooped on in the aviary!
No military discount but an adult ticket is $15 if you are a resident of Québec.
Penguins , pirahnas and exotic birds
Say "hello" to the piranhas... Those girls are wild!
Great attraction
VERY CROWDED with LOTS of little children
Amazing place
Definitely buy ur tix online
cute animals galore
Great way to spend your day with your family lots to learn and see
Kids will like it!
Didn't enjoy their food. The Roast Beef Sandwich was more bread than meat. And their Brocolli soup tasted like baby food. :/ - Jojo Tan
Interesting, well-laid out museum. Aimed at kids, but good for adults too. Parking nearby in the Botanical Gardens. Admission price includes the Botanical Gardens. Show your AAA card to get a discount - Alex F
Beautiful escape to nature in the center of Montreal. The hike up to the top is good exercise and you get amazing views of downtown from the top. Cross-country skiing during winter. - Tom Maxwell
Beautiful, spacious, nice playground for kids, variety of sports practices - Nicolas Eparvier
Really good and interesting exhibitions, good for kids. - Mijail Tapia Moreno
Solid venue, despite its various issues. Really amazing to see this place jam-packed for an Impact game. - Nuff
Japanese and Chinese gardens are wonderful places to wander around in early June. Rose garden has so much variety! - Sam Vain
