Friendly staff , great service, altogether pleasant place to enjoy a drink & a bite to eat! Why not try a chocolate milkshake with a shot of strawberry syrup (or caramel syrup for a mega sugar rush)!

Anyone reading the negative tips about this place should note they were written a log time ago & most of the staff have changed since then & the place is a lot better than it was!:)

Im one of the addicting people with coffee , they have the best latte ever. My experience.

If the weather is nice outside order your coffee to go so that you pay less but still can stay in the outdoors area

The new Cinnamon Hot Chocolate is the awesome - especially with Cinnamon powder on top!

The only caffe that works at 7am on Sunday. All others open at 8 ☕☕

Open until late, have your coffee until late

Does have a disabled toilet hiding at the back near the kitchens... Gets used by lazy able-bodied people who can't be arsed to go upstairs, a lot.

burned espresso , surly staff , filthy bathrooms . Not the best- the folks at the Starbucks in the York Tower are great.

Avoid. Scruffy, dirty , uncleared tables, slow service
