Like the chef recommandation on how to 'make your own' flavour for stronger or spicy broth base. The original white pork broth is tasty by itself too. So do try it before you add anything!!
Superb ramen in a tiny shop on a quieter edge of Causeway Bay. Broth is rich without being too oily, noodles are firm, and the egg is worth ponying up for. Octopus ($2 discount ) and cash only .
Very smooth broth with an assortment of condiments for customers to tweak and customize the soup to their own liking, gyozas were well fried but are store bought and not home made .
Do not hesitate to try their noodles . Outstanding. Try and get there soon before everyone knows and there is a line round the block.
Noodles are fine, thin noodles so don't expect chewy noodles , no msg in the broth but likely in some of the condiments as they are not shop made
Nice soup with no msg, thin noodle a bit like Shanghaiese noodle
Doesn't have the variety of other ramen shops . Still very tasty.
The thickest pork broth in hk ramen shop .

Very nice Tsukemen (dipping noodles! Both the broth and the noodle texture are just right. Gyoza (dumplings) is a good plus to share with friends. Definitely will go again :P - Liu
While the ramen is nice, the real gem is the fried chicken, really juicy, don't miss it. - William Kan
