Awesome. I could not add anything else. The food was delicious. We had a mix of starters and Sunday roast...WOW. What a treat. Butter chicken , tempura veggies and scotch eggs - unbelievable.
Brilliant food and atmosphere. Tried a number of different dishes with game during Christmas and they were all great. Strong boards game too.
Scotch eggs are the best. Rest of the food is delicious and always served with a great smile to make you feel at home. Dog friendly too, and perfect after a walk in Hampstead Heath
The Sunday Roast is amazeballs. But so is the pasta with peas and curd . Lovely vibe and staff too.
The charcuterie platter is excellent, perfect for sharing between 2-4 people depending on how big your appetite is. Also the chargrilled onglet steak is damn tasty!
Beef tartare--we need to date. My tastebuds are obsessing over you. Delicious fares for your mouth all around that begin with a drink and end with a deliciously gourmet surprise.
Amazing Sunday roast . Dog friendly and gets a lot of bookings at the weekend. Walk off all the food by heading over Parliament Hill afterwards.
My local gastropub and also the best gastropub in London. Chef Ollie Pudney is easily as good a chef as his former boss Richard Corrigan and he does it in my bloody local. Read more
Fantastic cooking!, scotch eggs , charcuterie ...actually, all immaculate. MUST Visit!
Let's not pretend that is got expensive . But I go there anytime I have to have the Ferrero Icecream . Also, this guys, to everything themselves, even the curated meat!
Yes yes yes! The quality of the food and the Ferrero Roche icecream ! Love it!
The fish board has all the tasty delights of the sea, and sets up a great dinner .
Food is excellent and the desserts are awesome. Make sure you book if you're planning to go for dinner .
Great selection of bar snacks : Scotch eggs , sausage roll , trotter wontons . Also, home-made ice-cream in yummy flavours (Marathon, Ginger Stem, Ferrero, etc.)
Casually flying under the radar, this is one of the best restaurants in London. Order anything confidently from the menu - you're in good hands.
Daily changing menu . Excellent range of interesting menu choices - Hare ragu and roast pollack to follow
It's refreshing to have such amazing food and pay a reasonable amount in London. Definitely one of the best.
Spend a Sunday strolling across Hampstead Heath then in for probably the best Sunday roast in London.
Very beautiful food. A little expensive but everything is deli . Staff very friendly . A Pet friendly place :)
Great selection of craft beers and the food is excellent, big portions and fantastic menu.
Pint of ale and a hot chocolate with Baileys cost 12.70. That was 8,50 for the smallest hot chocolate ever!. Amazed and disappointed.
Excellent food and very friendly service . Baby and dog friendly .
Amazing fish and chips , gorgeous pie - basically everything is delicious.
Excellent roast, lovely dessert . Professional and friendly staff .
Since 2010 this gastropub has been selling takeaway ice creams as a sideline, which has proved popular wilth strollers from nearby Hampstead Heath . Read more
Everything is amazing and very dog friendly
Best pub grub in London without a doubt. Sit downstairs, upstairs is a bit quiet . Portions are big. Ice cream is a must.
Epic gnocchi with oxtail ragu and tallegio. Perfect flavours and textures. Fantastic service too.
Have the fish n chips , and the ferrero Roche ice cream !
Loved the sausage roll and Sip Smith Summer Cup drink!
Try the scotch eggs and the ice cream , they're the best!
DO NOT leave this place without having the Ferrero Roche ice cream/your mind blown
You cannot leave without sampling their salted caramel truffles . Best ever. And I've had lots.
Amazing food. Try the Ferrero Rocher ice cream .
Fantastic food. Try the homemade charcuterie board and beetroot fritter salad . Four stars.

Charcuterie Board (Time Out London's 100 Best Dishes)
Nice to sit outside and people watch .
Great Sunday roast
Looked like an amazing place to eat. Unfortunately the kitchen lost our order. And I saw not 1 but 2 kitchen staff use the toilet and not wash their hands!
Unbelievable soft centred Scotch eggs . Try one but share it - they are huge.
Bring your dog in for a snack . Marrow bones and pig ears on offer.
Churros with melted chocolate ..
Have the Pinot Noir from Romania.
No longer a local boozer but the food is amazing
Turn up early and walk off the food and beer afterwards on the Heath.

Lovely views of the city from here. Can get very crowded on warm days. There's more to the Heath than Parliament hill. Take the time to explore. - Tim O'Donovan
